Pool And Spa On The Golf Course

Very rare privacy and views. 3 bedroom 2 bath home plus office/den with sofa sleeper, 2000 square feet, single level with double garage. Located on a lake on the Estrella Mountain Ranch golf course. Incredible lake, golf course, and Estrella Mountain views. Completely and beautifully furnished and equipped. Cable TV and wireless internet. Private pool and back yard. Large outdoor living area is spectacular with grill and grilling area, large pool deck, shaded patio, and nicely furnished.

The home is well furnished and equipped and very well kept. It is nicely laid out, single level, with separation between spacious master suite and the guest wing.

Fifteen minutes to spring training baseball at Goodyear Ball park. Twenty minutes to Nascar racing at Phoenix International Raceway. Thirty minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium for football and hockey and more. Golf mecca with numerous beautiful courses within easy driving distance. The home course, Golf Club of Estrella is world class and affordable.

Estrella Mountain Ranch is a fabulous resort community with two clubhouse facilities, miles of hiking and biking trails, beautiful parks, breathtaking golf course, and many other amenities. It is a quiet and safe community. The home is in a gated community.

NOTE: Pool heating fee is optional and will not apply if guest chooses to not heat the pool. Also, the fee does not apply May through September.

Great stay

Sunrise from the hot tub was awesome we also really enjoyed watching people play golf. The house was the perfect size for us was clean and just as shown in the pictures. All of the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The only thing i would add is maybe a tv in the other bedrooms. But a great house in a very nice community with awesome views.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This property delivers all that was promised. Making this property a standout was the hot tub, pool, use of the garage and views of the golf course and mountains. The owners instruction booklet was comprehensive without being burdensome. When we return to Goodyear this will be our first choice. It ranks at the top of our 15 HomeAway/VRBO stays.

Property was great. Morning and evening views of pool, spa, golf course and Estrella mountains were priceless. Accommodations were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked w/pots and pans etc. Neighborhood very quiet. Fairly remote suburb.

Great place for a family gathering

The house was perfect for my husband and I and my 2 adult kids and their partners. Lots of room, a great hottub and pool. The backyard view was spectacular. You definitely need a car for this location.

Amazing property

This home could not have been a better fit for me. Came for a few days of vacation and it was perfect. The backyard is the highlight with amazing views and clean pool. Communication with Ron was great and all was as described it not better. Will certainly rebook next time I’m in the area.

Spring Training

The home was as described, very clean, great views and roomy. Goodyear AZ though quiet had some very nice places for dinner. We spent most of our time in Glendale which us another great community.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of room. The view of the small lake and golf course was enjoyable with a cup of coffee in the morning. We did not use the pool but is an added bonus as well as the hot tub which we did use. Golf is nearby which was part of the reason we chose this house. Communication with the owner was great. I would highly reccommend this house for your next vacation.

Great water, fairway & mountain views

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Estrella Mountain Ranch. The hot tub/spa helped sooth our muscles after long hikes in the mountains. The home was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Room for 2 cars in the garage. Highly recommended.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this home. Once again it was a pleasurable and relaxing stay. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. The backyard has great views. The pool/spa was wonderful and appreciated being able to bbq while cooling off in the pool. We weren't able to use the Community workout facility but we were able to get a week family pass for the YMCA, very nicely equipped. We would certainly return.

GREAT experience!

From the beautiful home inside to the gorgeous outside, this house does not disappoint. The views across the lake and to the 6th green make it ideal and calm/quiet. The pool and hot tub were awesome to relax in during our time. The neighborhood was ideal to walk in and the location was perfect for a getaway. The homeowner was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. If you have the opportunity, stay here, you will not be disappointed.

What a beautiful house. We loved the location & really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We did a lot of hiking, golfing, enjoyed Horseback riding & sight seeing. Will definitely return!

Thanksgiving Break

The house was perfect for us. The view was spectacular. Enjoyed watching my husband golfing by the back yard . We have been coming to Arizona for 20 years and usually stay in Chandler area but decided to try a new area. Our only issue is that Goodyear is 15 minutes away from everything! No good restaurants real close, Safeway grocery store was convenient and very nice. Loved the house and the view... spent lots of time on the patio! Ron very responsive at all times.
