Regente building, waterfront, near the statue of Iemanja. Ample of 92 m². with 2 dormitories, with 10 accommodations, being 8 adults and two children (from 0 to 12 years old). A dormitory with 3 bunk beds, another dormitory with a double bed box and a bunk bed. Living room with two comfortable sofas, LG FULL HD TV, table with 4 chairs. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, cabinets, plus a table of 4 seats. CEILING FANS IN THE ROOMS AND IN THE ROOM. Building with games room, billiards and ping pong, garage with limited space, occupied by one car per apartment depending on availability, as the building has no vacancies for all apartments. We have a garage in the adjacent adjoining building, which can be rented separately, to be arranged.

1- gás estava vazio,demorou pra chegar outro,nos causou transtorno 2-precisa especificar que o forno é elétrico e não micro-ondas 3-não tinha adaptador compatível para uso do forno elétrico 4- alguns colchões em péssimas condições (tirei fotos) 5- mangueira do fogão vencida desde 2019 6- bocas do fogão quase não saem chamas de tanta ferrugem (tirei fotos) 7- Mesa da cozinha e suas cadeiras tudo coberto de muita ferrugem, só de sentar poderia pegar tétano 8- não apropriado para crianças por não ter tela de proteção 9-tomada com fio exposto bem próximo ao chão (tirei foto) 10-gavetas do gabinete da cozinha, sem condições de uso!
