Large house with forest and lake

Guests are always amazed at the beautiful locations where the houses are built. Or with a beautiful panoramic view over the lake, or opposite a wooded bank of Drenthe, where the horses graze frequently.
In the houses the living room is immediately apparent. Standard with an open fireplace and TV.
The adjacent kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, a microwave and a stove. The cabinets are pans, glassware, cutlery and cups and glasses stored. All this for ten people.
For people who have difficulty climbing stairs on the ground floor one bedroom, bathroom, toilet and storage room. On the first floor are the other bedrooms and a second bathroom located.
The whole is heated to a central heating installation. For laundry washing machine can be rented.
In two houses there is a sauna, in 188 also a dishwasher

Gute Lage und schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Haus allerdings nicht sauber genug gefunden. Nur ein Schlüssel und Karte für die Schranke am Eingang. Sonst alles i.O.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Super um einfach Mal dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Der Blick auf den See hat uns mehrfach zum träumen gebracht. Das Haus ist abgesehen von ein paar Macken sehr schön.

Niet fijn, oud huis sober ingericht met oude meubels het servies en bestek mag vervangen worden. Het is saai met een kind van 12, geen zwembad geen snackbar. De sauna en wasmachine moet je op de dag van aankomst contant betalen met nog de bijkomende toeristenbelasting! Duur, geen luxe en saai! toeristenbelasting.

Gute Lage, schlecht gepflegt
Der Pflegezustand hätte besser sein können, innen wie außen. Ausstattung war auch unteres Mittelmaß. Die Lage ist gut, direkt am See. Zum Fahrradfahren sehr gut.

fijn vakantiehuis
Heel prettig sober vakantiehuis aan meer. Iedereen kon zich heerlijk vermaken aan het water, wat kleine veranda maar met zn 6 konden we er wel eten en overdag zonnen en vissen. Heerlijk elke dag met het bootje het water op. Geen overdreven luxe maar een prima verblijf voor een weekje er tussen uit.

Der Empfang war nett !! Was kurios war, man musste das Boot und die Kurtaxe bezahlen jedoch haben wir dafür keine Rechnung erhalten. Wir waren mit 8 Leuten da , und nach unserer Abreise hat kurioserweise ein Gegenstand gefehlt den wir nie gesehen haben. Dies wurde auch so mit dem Vermieter Kommuniziert. Und wir mussten im Nachhinein dafür haften das ist dann Ok das kann man ja nicht nachweisen. Jedoch war der Betrag der dann abgebucht wurde wesentlich höher als der angegebene Betrag. ALSO VORSICHT !!!

Perfect verblijf
Wij hebben een hele goede tijd gehad in het vakantiehuis dat een perfecte ligging aan het water heeft. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en een nieuw verblijf hebben we ondertussen gelijk vastgelegd. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar is heel goed, heel duidelijk allemaal, zodat er geen nare verrassingen kunnen ontstaan aan beide kanten. Ik kan iedereen een verblijf in dit mooie vakantiehuis, dat in een prachtige omgeving staat, aanbevelen.

Mooie plek
De locatie is heel mooi, vooral de ligging aan het water. We hebben genoten van de groene omgeving, de mogelijkheid om te vissen, wandelen en zwemmen. Er is op korte afstand van het park genoeg te doen, zoals Openluchtmuseum Orvelte, Wildlands Emmen of Westerbork. Ook op het park zijn er genoeg faciliteiten, tennisbaan, jeu de boule, tafeltennis, enz. Het huisje zelf is verouderd en toe aan een onderhoudsbeurt en een upgrade van de inrichting. De oven op de foto op de website ontbreekt. In plaats daarvan is een simpele combimagnetron aanwezig. Wat verder opviel, was de extra toeslag voor een 9e persoon in het huisje. Blijkbaar is de prijs gebaseerd op maximaal acht personen, daarna komt er een toeslag per persoon per nacht bij. Dit staat nergens vermeld op de site en was voor ons een onaangename verassing. Waarom dit zo onduidelijk is, kan de eigenaar Frans Verkade wellicht zelf toelichten.

Great house & great Owner
House was clean if a bit basic. 20 minutes from the TT Assen circuit and in a gorgeous location. kitchen was missing an oven but did have a microwave oven. As there were 8 people we ate out. Not a major issue. Beds so comfortable . Owner Frans was absolutely brillant. Great communications. If we are back at the circuit I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you

Prachtige ligging aan het meertje!
De ligging van het huis is uitstekend. 4 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, maar de badkamer boven is onvoldoende geschikt om als volwaardige doucheruimte te dienen. Niet professioneel vonden we het moeten wisselen van aan- en afvoerslang tussen vaatwasser en wasmachine. Wasmachine hebben we niet gebruikt omdat de aanvoerslang van de vaatwasser vast zat. Jammer. De spoelreservoirs van de beide toiletten hebben dringend onderhoud nodig,. het optionele bootje is veel te klein om serieus genomen te kunnen worden. De mooie ligging op het fijne vakantiepark compenseerden bovenstaande minpunten, al met al hebben we een prima vakantie gehad.

Auf manche Antwort musste man länger bzw nach mehrmaligen Anfragen warten. Die Gegend ist erholsam, wunderschön gelegen. In Westerbork bekommt man alles was man sucht. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage in der Anlage. Das unser Haus doch keine Sauna hatte war etwas überraschend.
