The apartment has a modern family sized shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc etc. The Living room (with French and UK TV & DVD ) comprises 2 bed settee’s and has direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The property is remote enough to have a fantastic relaxing holiday or can act as an excellent base, to visit the many historic towns and villages of SW France. The property is accessed through an electrically operated gate, affording ample privacy and secure private parking. The immediate surrounding area is great for both hilly and flat walks with the beautiful River Aveyron just 0.5 miles from the apartment. The historic town of Villefranche de Rouergue, only 6 mins by car, boasts all the usual supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and has its fair share of gorgeous bakeries. The owners have 2 dogs and a cat and are therefore pet friendly, so pets are welcome with prior consent of the owners.
