This is a top of the line Custom Single Family home. You will not find a nicer, larger, newer, Single Family Home in Chicago. The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The master suite is top of the line with 2 huge closets, a marble bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.

This home is also an easy drive to the McCormick Place for Conventions and an easy drive or bus straight down Ashland to the United Center to catch a Blackhawks or Bulls game or other event.

the house is beautiful!

We had a little spring break getaway, and this was a perfect home base. Host was responsive and helpful, and the house had everything we needed to have a home away from home. Highly recommend this location, lots of space and a central location.

Had my wife’s 40th celebration at this listing for a few days and it was the perfect location in Chicago. Easy street parking and within 10-15 min of every activity. House is pristine and communicating with Jeff was super easy!

Great stay!

We were in Chicago for our son’s wedding and really enjoyed staying in this spacious home! Good-sized bedrooms, great living and kitchen space and we loved hanging out with family on the large, shaded outside deck!

Great house

We totally enjoyed our stay in Lincoln Park. With a little TLC I would definitely give this house 5 stars. Needs paint refurbished in some area. We found items like stickers in the couch from previous guests. Fan in bunk bed room was very dusty. Overall the home was very clean and felt comfortable.

Great Location

Our family, who came from all over the U.S. met in Chicago to attend my nephew's wedding. The location was very close to the rehearsal dinner place, wedding venue, and downtown. We had 9 people total and everyone had a bedroom with the exception of 1 person who slept on the fold out couch in the basement. We all loved the mere size of the house because we never felt like we were stepping over anyone. We also got 2 SUV's in the garage and 2 cars on the street right in front of the house. Mind you...the cars were tight in the garage, but it was free parking!! And the street was free parking. Jeff, the owner, always replied quickly to each of my questions and was extremely nice and helpful. The Master suite was very large and had LOTS of closet space. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattresses were a little worn and the mattress in the master was a foam mattress which doesn't set well with my back. It was too soft. The couch in the family room needs replaced as it is too soft and hard to get out of once you sit down.. Other than that, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again because of the size and location.

Lincoln Park Stay

The house was awesome for a large group of people. It felt spacious enough that we were not on top of each other and we had 16 guests! Only issues were we had to search for clean towels. They were left folded in a laundry basket in the laundry room so some people used just a washcloth to dry off because we didn’t realize they were in the basement laundry room. A good chunk of the lights didn’t seem to work until I realized we needed to screw the kightbulbs in tighter. Also, they only provide 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom. For a group of 16 women, would have been nice to know to bring a few extra beforehand for extra piece of mind. They don’t have a “limitless supply” of toilet paper as the host told me after I asked him.

Amazing Place and Location

This place was incredible. Even more beautiful and spacious than the photos. We had a group of 5 couples traveling together, we had plenty of room for everyone and loved the three separate living areas. The location is incredible. We would absolutely stay here again!

2 family stay

My sister’s and my family chose to stay together in this very large home rather than stay in several hotel rooms. We were in Chicago for my father’s funeral and wanted to be close to one another. The home was large enough to accommodate all 10 of us: 8 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child. The only criticism I have is that the mattress in the master bedroom had zero support and the furniture was uncomfortable. But for a short stay, it worked. The home had all the amenities listed, there were grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and we felt safe. We would stay there again.

A true home away from home

We looked for a long time to find the perfect property for our almost week long stay in Chicago. We wanted to be in the Lincoln Heights area as it's very walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The home is very large with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. The kitchen is SUPER equipped with wonderful appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware and space. The beds were comfy and there is a huge variety of pillows for every discerning neck! We appreciated the safety gates on each level of the home and the little touches of hand soaps and sanitizers throughout this lovely home. Check in and check out could not have been any easier and Jeff was super accommodating and quick with the questions we had before arriving. A gem of a vacation home when coming to Chicago!

Great space and location

Family members gathered in Chicago- plenty of space, a bonus to have a 2 car garage! Well appointed and close to everything. We walked to grocery store, walked to Wrigley field. Outside deck space was a wonderful spot in the evenings.
