Please note that this is our home, not a full time rental property. As such we have very limited dates available during the summer. As of now the only possible dates would be June 13 - 20 and July 20 - August 4.

The lower level can be a completely seperate suite and it sleeps a maximum of 4. The top 2 levels can also sleep 4 but it is much larger and has 2.5 bathrooms. Pricing is based on 8 people but can be less depending on your requirements - let me know what you need and we'll see if we can make something work.

Enjoy yourself at our luxury waterfront house right on Skaha Lake just 1km south of town. The house was custom built in 2012 to take full advantage of the fantastic lake views on all 3 levels.

We are on a great part of the lake but still close to town. We have a small sandy beach and the water is weed free and fairly shallow with no sudden drop offs so it is great for kids. There is a new permanent dock and a mooring buoy for your boat.

The top part of the house has a total of 2 bedrooms, a tv room/den and 2.5 bathrooms;
