Beautiful home close to the coast. I felt extremely safe and loved the quiet nights. We were able to get all the groceries, spirits and other items needed at the nearby SuperValue store. The Armada Hotel was close - great restaurant and bar!
Natanya and Terrance were great and had all the answers we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!!! Beautiful CLEAN home!
Our stay in Spanish Point was too short! But our stay at this house was wonderful and very close to where we were going in County Clare! Hoping to come back to Spanish Point and this accommodation will be first on our list when we do!
Perfect location close to hotel, pub and beach. Supermarket a few minutes drive away. Great lounge room in the house which was well kitted out. Modern cooker was a bit difficult to operate for us oldies!
Couldn't find coasters/place mats but we managed using kitchen roll to set plates and cups.
Located close to Spanish Point Beach and Armada Hotel & Restaurant
House is located withing walking distance of Spanish point beach and Armad Hotel which has a number of dining options. The house itself is perfect. We were 2 families sharing and found the house very spacious. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and would be happy to return.
This house worked out wonderfully for our holiday at a nearby family wedding. Plenty of space for all of us to hang out together both in the kitchen/dining area and the living room area. A very minor complaint is that the cost of the place increased substantially from the base rate for our extra guests but this house certainly worked wonderfully for our purposes.
We rented the house for 2-weeks as a family base whilst attending our son's wedding in Quilty and reception in Spanish Point. Great property for hosting the immediate family for a great occasion. We really loved staying there and it was so convenient to be close to the Church and hotel. Perfect in every way!

Great holiday home
Stylish, comfortable, well equipped house, would recommend.
I celebrated my 60th birthday by coming back to Co Clare where I lived 15 years ago. Very welcoming owners, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect Holiday Home
Wow, what a fantastic home and the perfect base to see the beautiful Co. Clare from. The interior decoation in this house is just stunning. The woodwork is gorgeous and the attention to detail is exceptional.
We were met at the door by the Owners, Brendan & Ann who are very friendly and gave us a tour of the house. You could tell they are very proud of the house and rightly so.
This was our first time staying in a house rather than an hotel and we couldn't have been happier with our decision.
With the kind permission of Brendan & Ann we had 6 adults and 5 children staying (one on an airbed) and we had plenty of room and never felt on top of each other.
There is no internet access which the adults really enjoyed and the children got use to after a few days and actually played together for a change!

Superb Stay
We have just returned from a week staying in this wonderful property in Spanish Point Co Clare. We were met by the owners who gave us a big hearty Irish welcome and shown around their lovely home. The website pictures certainly do the home justice and we were not disappointed. All the bedrooms were well appointed. The beds were comfortable and crisp white bedlinen and accessories to match. The kitchen was fabulous and the rooms downstairs seat everyone comfortably.
The courtyard is a great suntrap and we used the gas barbeque also with plenty of seating outside for everyone.
The little "touches" made our stay like "home from home"...boxed games for those rainy days...not that we had any!...A TV with plenty of channels to choose from, a wood fire burner and a well stocked kitchen.Washing machine and tumble dryer too. The scones especially went down a treat!
A short walk down the road took us to the Armada Hotel / Pub ( live music and food available ) and nearby beach Golf Course, and Pitch and Putt. The coastal views are stunning. The town of Milltown Malbay is a short drive away and there is a large supermarket ( Supervalue) there too and a bank with cashpoint.
The only thing we missed in the house was WiFi, but could pick this up at the nearby hotel ok.
Thank you Brendan and Anne for making our stay in your lovely home such a memorable one. You made us very welcome and your kindness to my elderly father will not be forgotten. We shall most certainly be back again. It was a little piece of Irish Heaven!
I can highly recommend this lovely property to anyone. It is truly superb!

Beautiful home and wonderful owners!
This home is fully equipped and beautiful. We had six adults and one child staying for the two weeks. The beds were great and everything was in excellent working order throughout the home. The location is perfect along the seaside and close to many enjoyable day trips. In addition, the owners could not have been any nicer or more welcoming. I have used vrbo for several trips to various countries - this was the best by far.

Luxury!
High quality accommodation, attention to detail and craftsmanship abounds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are so comfortable, everything in this house feels new and fresh. There was 8 of us in the house and there is plenty of room. The best self catering I have ever stayed in. We will be back soon! Thanks a million.

Extended family group
This is a beautiful house. Plenty of room for our group of 10. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cater for ourselves including a fab barbecue. The only problem was very poor Internet. We would stay again!

Look no further for the perfect house in Co Clare
Beautiful house, very comfortable, spotless, decorated to a very high standard, more than adequate to accommodate 10 people comfortably. Great location to explore Clare, short walk to Spanish Point beach. Quiet location, away from it all. Owners extremely responsive and accommodating. Great location any time of the year for a break. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful House, Great Location, Ideal Family Holiday
Arrived at the house on Sunday 7th, greeted by the owners and given a tour. The house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated throughout. All appliances working well, well kitted out with cutlery delph, general utensils, bed linen, towels . From a location perspective, Spanish Point beach is a short walk away, with the Armada hotel 5 minutes walk. My kids 6 - 14 all had a great time. The accommodation was spacious, with very good shower facilities. Perfect Holiday!
