Welcome to 406 East Ave!
This classic cedar shingle beach home comfortably sleeps 11 and is across the street from one of New Jersey's best beaches. Over recent years, renovations have been made to mix the house's rich history with timeless elegance; gaining a modern heated pool with built in hot tub, landscaping, outdoor shower, updated bathrooms, new porch and deck furniture, top-notch kitchen appliances, central air conditioning, and luxurious bedding. Included are beach badges, beach chairs, pool and bath towels, & bicycles.
Enjoy a morning of beach yoga a few blocks away on Howe Street, or go for a run or ride one of the 6 cruiser bikes provided with house with the locals on the 1.5 mile stretch of East Ave. Next, take a short walk to Mueller's award winning bakery for breakfast. In the afternoon, relax poolside while still being close enough to hear the ocean’s waves, or take a short drive to one of the many boutiques in town or the surrounding areas. Happy hour can be enjoyed playing classic yard games or lounging on the shaded deck overlooking the pool. Bay Head is well populated with a variety of restaurants. However, if one is looking for a more casual dinner experience, we recommend a submarine sandwich from the original Mike's Subs location in Point Pleasant. After dinner, families can enjoy Jenkinson’s Family Boardwalk for arcade games and rides for all ages. If one is hoping for a quiet night in, the living room features a 65 inch flat screen and comfortable seating. Additional TV and seating is available in the library on the second floor. Fireworks can be viewed from the beach in front of the house on Thursday nights around 9pm.
Please look over the photos and see if this beach house is one your family would enjoy.
