Our Elizabeth Cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, with queen sized bed and bath. Wynnewood is a gated, private estate with 62 acres of beautiful wooded trails, a fishing pond, and a private patio. Located just 35 minutes south of downtown Memphis TN and close to Tunica gaming, Sardis Dam and fantastic shopping in Hernando and Oxford MS.. We also have our Rustic Odel Cotttage (HA4760475) or the Jettie Jewel Cottage (HA7849561) on same property available.

Great house in the country

My spouse, child, and I stayed overnight for Thanksgiving. It’s really clean and cute and well-equipped. The host wasn’t very responsive but I definitely chalk this up to being a holiday week.

Peaceful respite

Cottage is charming in a peaceful quiet setting. Felt very private and safe. Good location for day trips in Tennessee Mississippi and Arkansas.

Best 2nd Home to Visit

Wynnewood is a delightful place and has wonderful owners. You could not find a better home away from home. My hubby and I have stayed in both cabins and the cottage and have loved all of them. Relax

As soon as you leave the interstate, you can feel the worries fade. The drive in is beautiful and then ends at this amazing property. Beautiful views in every direction ♥. Relaxation is the goal here! Every detail is taken care of before you ask. Very clean!! We got everything we hoped for and more with this rental.

Serenity found

If you're looking for granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, this place is not for you. However, if you want serenity and tranquility in am amazing setting at a great rate, don't miss this place. Spent a couple of nites here in August in the most comfortable bed ever and enjoyed daily strolls thru the woods on the easy trail. What a place and close to anything you may want. A rare gem!

Sparkling clea, quaint and comfy!

Perfect Getaway

My family and I have stayed in many different places from the vrbo website but this one was by far our favorite. The location is perfect. It is secluded so you have lots of privacy but still close to a lot of stuff. The cabin is beautiful and has a homey feel to it. My family loved fishing in the pond and we caught quite a bit of fish. My daughter and I loved walking on the trails. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. I brought cooking ware and did not need it. My daughter loved Aaron’s dog and cats. We are sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

Coldwater stay

Good communication with owner for ease in making reservation and getting into the cottage. Cute cottage with comfortable bed and was perfect for our overnight stay. Would like to stay longer to use walking trails and see the property.

Definitely recommend.

Great experience at Wynnewood. Cabins were very comfortable and rural property was just what we were looking for. Was an excellent location for us to commute to our concert at Graceland. Very dog friendly.

Wynnewood magic!

We visited Wynnewood in October and stayed in the Country Cottage. It was absolutely perfect and just as described in the VRBO listing. The only thing that exceeded our accommodations was the attention, and expert recommendations, provided by Aaron. We just loved the expansive Wynnwood grounds, especially our walks on the numerous wooded trails and relaxing by the pool. Aaron gave us numerous suggestions for dining and other sites to see. We loved the ribs and local vibe at the Commissary, very much enjoyed Beale Street and B.B King’s, and of course Graceland, which was even more interesting, and moving, than we expected. All in all, it could not have been a better, more relaxing trip and Aaron could not have been a better host! We must also mention, Aaron connected us with close friends of his who happen to also be Minnesota Vikings fans, and we enjoyed their home and watching the football game together. A very special, and unexpected treat for us. We assure you, you will love Wynnwood. Thank you Aaron, it was a pleasure meeting you and we hope to return sometime in the near future. Brad and Val

Wynnwood stay

This property took me back to the days of visiting grandparents; my siblings and I would just run around the property and have the greatest time. The owner Aaron was there to greet my niece and I with a very warm welcome when we arrived. He sent all the information needed and great instructions including his contact number days before my arrival time. I love the peace and quiet of the location which by the way is lovely combined with the stellar accommodations of the cabin. This is a wonderful place to take the family to unwind from the everyday grind. Aaron has done a great job with this property and he's not done yet! This my go to spot when I don't want to drive a long distance. I was afforded the opportunity to check out the other cabins and they are awesome! I want to say thank you Aaron for a wonderful and pleasant stay we had a wonderful time. I will be back for sure and I can't wait to see the finished product on the new cabin. For all you local people looking for a little getaway without the hassle of a long drive; this is the place to go. You will not regret it, this beats any hotel that I have ever stayed in. Thanks Aaron my stay was just like visiting family or close friends. Wonderful, wonderful,wonderful!!!

I bought Wynnewood in 2016 and started offering VRBO guests my rustic cabin and country cottage once all renovations were complete. This is a beautiful 62 acre estate with lots of walking trails through the woods, along with a pond for fishing.

Why they chose this property

I bought the property because of the privacy and beauty of the place. I have tons of huge trees in the back forest. It is a very large estate with private gate access from the street. All my quest houses are private and separate from the main house. We also use this beautiful property as an event/wedding venue.
