D303 Low Floor, Direct Gulf View, 3 pools

D303 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to six guest with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished. The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa has a pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The dining area includes a table that seats four guests, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances and new cabinets. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has one full and one twin size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a washer/dryer, the bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the condo has tile. The balcony has four chairs, one lounge chair, and a small and large table. View- directly faces the water, can also see down the beach East/West, sunset view, and you can see half of the pool area between "D" & "E" from your balcony.
