About this property

Lake Winnisquam home with beach and private boat dock. 15 minutes to Gunstock.

Enjoy a newly renovated home situated directly on Lake Winnisquam with Westerly exposure for exquisite sunsets. The property has 60' of sandy beach frontage with a private dock that can handle boats up to 24'. The beach area is a great place for family's to enjoy swimming including the fire pit for smore's and stargazing. There is a large outdoor deck with a gas grill that is ideal for dining and relaxing with exceptional sunset views. The driveway has plenty of space and can easily fit four cars and a boat trailer.

The inside of the house has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms, the first floor master with a queen bed, the loft bedroom has 2 queen beds.The 3rd bedroom is great for kids with two sets of bunk beds in the walk out lower level basement. The downstairs ( basement) entertaining area also has a pull out sofa with a full size bed. The main level and loft bedrooms have ceiling fans. The two living areas do also. There are other fans provided too . There are two bathrooms, the first floor has a shower/bath combo and the downstairs has a stand up shower with a clothes washer and dryer. The main entertaining area has a beautiful open concept for dining and a cozy television area with a 50'' Smart TV open to the deck with sliding doors overlooking the lake. The downstairs living area is great for kids with a 46'' Smart TV and an X-Box 360 with games, along with plenty of board games to keep them entertained. The basement walks out to a patio underneath the deck with an outside ping-pong table. The lake is a perfect walk -in depth for little ones or fun for the older ones to run and jump off the dock! Please note… SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS/ QUILTS ARE.
THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. FANS ARE PROVIDED.

Numerous outdoor activities on our property or nearby to enjoy. Great fishing off the dock or with the canoe/ kayak that are provided. Bring your own boat and/ or rent a boat,kayaks, paddle boards to enjoy the lake all week. Nearby is Gunstock Mountain Resort that has numerous outdoor activities (ropes course, mountain coaster, mountain top yoga etc...)Bring your bikes... The WOW bike trail is a few miles from our house. Enjoy the 9 mile roundtrip paved bike trail along Lake Winnisquam and Winnipesaukee. The popular Winnisquam sand bar is only a short boat ride away. Be on the lookout for the ice cream boat! Drive over to The Lobster Connection for fresh seafood. Plenty of other restaurants and grocery stores all very close. Great shopping with a five minute drive to the Tilton outlet mall. Pirates cove mini- golf is about a 5-10 min. drive away. Weirs Beach with arcades, drive-in movie theater and go-carts are a 20 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. We are located 10 minutes from Rt.93 with so many more adventures north, like Whale's Tale, the Polar Caves and The Flume Gorge to list a few.

Last week of summer
We wanted a place with a beach due to having 3 kids under 5 so that worked out great. We rented a boat and went to the sandbar which was fun. Had a campfire every night. Kitchen is well stocked with pans , dishes, we cooked in most meals. The only down side is there is no grass , just dirt and stone, tracks in a lot of dirt into house, we vacuumed a couple of times a day. The rocks are tough on the feet so had to have something on your feet till got to beach area. Overall a great vacation

Wonderful Lakeside Getaway
Our family of three generations all had a great time. The home is lovely and well stocked. We rented a boat from the local marina and had lots of fun around the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing. My son caught lots of fish right off the dock! Each night we enjoyed dinners on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets.

Great vacation spot
This home is a perfect spot for a NH lake getaway. The lake is a few feet from the home. The swimming area has a nice sandy bottom - great for young children. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Love sitting on the large deck overlooking the water. Owners are responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful location and wonderful home
We stay at this property early June with 2 children 4 and under. Even though the weather did not cooperate we still had a wonderful time. Being right on the lake was great for the children and being able to fish off the dock. The house it self was very clean and perfect with everything we needed to keep everyone entertained. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Great stay at Lake Winnisquam
This lake house was a great weekend away in New Hampshire on beautiful Lake Winnisquam. The house was better than the photos - recently remodeled and very clean. The overall layout was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 3 teens). The lower level basement, bunk room, and bathroom were a great place for the teens to hangout (Xbox included!). The main floor kitchen was well equipped and the couches were comfortable. The lake access was perfect for my friends boat and it was nice to have a canoe and 2 kayaks available for use. While our trip was in the fall, I am looking forward to coming back in the summer. It was a great stay!

This was a retreat for my business of 8 women. The bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and outdoor areas were perfect! Not to mention the sunsets over an outside fire. We will be back next year.

Wonderful house, the property is amazing. The most well stocked house we have stayed at. Kids loved playing in the sand and the dock was the perfect place to fish. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great family vacation
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The water was warm, we kayaked everyday, the house was clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed! The downstairs bunk room was a bit humid at night, even though a dehumidifier was running, it let off heat, making it quite warm. I wish the loft bedroom had 2 queen beds, allowing 2 couples to stay up there. The house could definitely use AC because, let’s face it, there have been several heat waves and it’s a little uncomfortable in the evening as the house retains the heat. It does cool down eventually. We just slept with a sheet. Overall it’s an excellent location and made for a very memorable family vacation!

Excellent lake location!!
We loved this property! We had 3 families (6 adults and 5 kids) and each family had their own space on different levels. The driveway was huge (we fit 4 cars and a trailer without blocking each other in) and the outdoor living space was fantastic! The beach is perfect for kids and adults and the dock worked great for our boat and jumping off of. The owner was extremely easy to work with and was always accessible. Highly recommend this house!

We loved staying at this lake house! Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect location and Tanya was lovely to correspond with. We happened to stay during a heatwave, so air conditioning would have been nice a nice backup. But, we knew it wasn’t included before we booked. It would be nice to book during the winter for a ski trip weekend!
