As you enter the home the open floor plan and tall ceilings will catch your eye. The living area boasts a mounted flat-screen TV, multiple couches, and over-sized chairs perfect for relaxing in. Enjoy many custom touches in the kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, tile backsplash and everything you will need for preparing your meals during your stay. The large center island with four barstools overlooks the living area. The spacious kitchen opens to the dining area with a round table, chairs and built-in bench that seats six.

The cozy master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a nicely tiled shower with glass enclosure, 2 sinks and plenty of room to get ready in. The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the second guest room. The second guest room features a nautical theme with three twin beds, plus a TV. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower and 2 sinks.

Relax on the large back deck and enjoy the views and the abundant wildlife surrounding this home. The deck offers plenty of seating with its two comfortable outdoor sofas and Adirondack chairs.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
