It is in an excellent neighborhood (Água Preta), with clean air, pleasant climate and direct contact with nature.

It has spaces for up to 6 cars, in the external area of the house we have a brick barbecue with a wood oven / bread oven, gas stove with two burners, refrigerator with freezer and kitchen utensils, in addition to the pool table and the pool. your accessories.
