I allow 10 people here even though you could cram in more. Full kitchen has all you need. Kitchen table + 2 more at bar. Large LUSH courtyard with turtle pond, outdoor furniture, next to private gated parking.

Each suite is large with Queen bed, HDTV, WIFI, and bathrooms have shower/tubs. Most rooms each sleep 3 people, with either a murphy bed or sleeper sofa. Master Bedrm sleeps 4.
