Fresh and Clean, new paint and floors, Fall 2019! Perfect location just 1 mile to Downtown Historic Beaufort, 5 miles to Parris Island, and 1/4 mile to to waterfront park with pier, boat landing, waterfront Dockside Seafood Restaurant, and The Filling Station waterfront tavern.
First floor features light and bright open living, dining, and kitchen, open front porch, half bath and utility room, back screened porch, and large patio in fenced backyard complete with charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The first floor Carolina room is furnished with 2 twin beds and 2 six foot sleeping sofas, perfect for children or small adults. Second floor features Master suite with king bed and two other bedrooms, one with king and one with two twins, and a second full bathroom. Sleeps 8 adults in beds and 2 children in sleeping sofas as well as 2 air mattresses available.
No better location to enjoy everything the Lowcountry has to offer. Close to Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, many Restaurants, and Taverns. Hunting Island State Park just 20 minutes drive.

Great Location

We had a great stay in this cute blue house. The walkway to the town of Beaufort is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The walk is faster than sitting in the traffic to get over the bridge. Also, the park across the street is great for watching the sunset. Location is perfect to see all areas. Hunting Island State Park is a must - great walking trails and beach. Lots of shark teeth, too. Stop by Seaside Grill on the way or way back from Hunting Island State Park for a great meal for the seafood lovers and the non seafood lovers and vegetarians. The trip to the Savannah Airport was under an hour.

Awesome location!

It was so convenient to just walk across the bridge into town! We enjoyed our entire stay! My only complaint would be that the sheets were kind of older and the elastic was stretched out so they didn't stay on the beds too well. Other than that..10 out of 10!

Parris Island Graduation

Loved the location and proximity to Parris Island as well as restaurants and activities. Quiet property except for when the Filling Station restaurant had music. It’s very close and was like we had our own concert going on. Didn’t bother me but worth noting. Bring toilet paper, we were not provided enough for the duration of our stay. Lacking frying pans so if you need them bring them. Other than those details we were pleased.

Beaufort Home that was beautiful.

Property was great but some members of my family said the beds were not comfortable. This was the upstairs bedroom with two single beds. The beds would be fine for children, just not adults. No internet provided, which I thought was strange. The house and property are beautiful.

Great place

This was our 2nd stay here. We love it. It is perfect for friends and family. The location is the BEST! We brought the boat and the landing is just up the street. Also perfect for our dog. We love the back porch and the fenced in yard. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Super convenient to the bayfront also.

Great family rental for Marines Corps Graduation

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and perfectly suited to our needs, especially for attending the Marine Corps Graduation at Parris Island. Located just a short 10-minute drive from Parris Island, this rental provided an ideal home base for our family during this momentous occasion. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The house was spacious and well-appointed, offering ample room for our family to relax and celebrate together. With comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. The close proximity to Parris Island was a huge plus, allowing us to easily attend the graduation ceremony without any hassle. It was incredibly convenient, especially considering the excitement and emotions surrounding such an important event for our family. Additionally, the location also provided easy access to Beaufort, allowing us to explore the charming town and enjoy its many attractions. Whether we were strolling through historic streets or dining at local restaurants, there was always something new and exciting to discover just a short drive away. Overall, our experience was great and we highly recommend this property.

Great location, cleanliness disappointing.

Beaufort is a great destination and close to a lot of the places we wanted to see. Lots of history, great restaurants, and kayaking. There is a beautiful little park almost across the street. Fenced area for our dog.

Parris Island graduation

We loved this house! It was a short drive to Parris Island. Great restaurants nearby. Convenient to Walgreens, Publix, and other shopping areas. Beds were comfy. Some places in the house are starting to show some age. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. There were 8 in our party.

Beaufort Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved this adorable house. It is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. It is a block from the boat landing. The waterfront park is an easy 3/4 mile walk. Conveniently located to Publix, restaurants, parks, etc. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. This house is definitely on my list to stay at the next time we go to Beaufort. The only drawback is the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, so the people staying downstairs still need to go upstairs for bathing. But that did not create a problem for us.

Beautiful home Beaufort style

Easy check in, place was really nice, clean, big bonus was downstairs Carolina/ sunroom with twin beds. They had everything you would need to have a great Beaufort vacation, Bay Street shopping & restaurants 1 mile over bridge! So convenient, then opposite direction,publix grocery, dollare tree, drug store & more! Only suggestion I would make is to put in a full length mirror, we were all getting ready to go to a family wedding, but no long mirror to make sure we looked good ha! Rent this you will not be disappointed!

Awesome Place!!!

I would have given it a 10 for location!!! We stay in Beaufort at-least once a month because we have family there. This was by far the best place we have stayed in last several years. It was close to everything and our family’s place out at Eddigings Point. We will be back for sure.

Lovely home close to Parris Island

We stayed two nights while visiting Parris Island for our son's Marine Corps graduation. Easy check-in and out. The house was very nice. The rooms were clean and well furnished with plenty of room for all 10 of us. There were plenty of clean linens and towels. We made use of the park (just a few streets down from the house) to stretch our legs after a long car ride. There were quiet neighbors so we could sleep at night. All in all, it's a sweet property. This was our first vrbo rental, and it was a wonderful experience.

Perfect hideaway

This home is just across the bridge from historic Beaufort. The house is exactly as described on VRBO. It was easy to book the property and check in/out was very simple. The house seemed very clean until we were checking under beds and furniture to make sure we didn’t leave anything. There were some items under the bed that didn’t belong to us and dust and dirt. Overall the place was great and we would not hesitate to book it again. It was very close to many restaurants and interesting places but out of the way. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. The twin beds upstairs are very firm but sleepable.

Great location For Beaufort Visitors

Just one mile over the bridge to downtown, about 20 minutes (depending on the never ending traffic) to the beach, grocery & Walmart. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, Kitchen is well equipped although the stove & micro need an update if you plan to cook a lot of meals. We stayed for a month so eating out every day was not an option. If you have more that 4 people in your family ask for an alternate dining table which now only seats 4. Outdoor BBQ would be possible but only a small kettle charcoal option was provided. No table or chairs for outdoor dining located in front of the back garage (locked storage area) on a concrete pad. Fully fenced in backyard was definitely not hospitable for any recreation & be careful at night with the resident racoons. A mystery critter gained access to the attic during our stay and decided to be a poltergeist at night. No worries, it left after two nights but the owner might want to check for a nest in the attic. This home is managed by a real estate office, the owner is not in contact with the renters.

This home is perfectly located for any reason to stay in Beaufort. 10 minutes to Parris Island, 2 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 17 miles to the beaches and resorts. Everything is as close as it gets and you can walk 15 minutes to Historic downtown, 3 minutes to the river, or 5 minutes to the bar.

All wood floors with no carpet, fenced yard with screened porch, close to everything. Golf, Boating, Sightseeing, Beaches, Shopping, Dining, and all you really need.
