The "Fish Inn" is a funky property, located on 1.25 sprawling acres in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. This locations cozy atmosphere provides a break from the hustle and bustle while still maintaining the convenient, central location everyone desires. This property is conveniently located a mere minutes from the white sandy beaches and refreshing ocean that make SW Florida so relaxing (less than 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island!). The home offers 2 spacious bedrooms, one Master with a Queen bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both rooms have ample storage space with closets attached. The main living room is an open area perfect for lounging around or entertaining! Brand new "beach themed" furniture is there to make your stay comfortable and welcoming! There is TRUE high speed WiFi (internet) for streaming video or working, along with a large 55' television/entertainment center. The main area also offers a formal dining table great for quick lunches or complete homecooked meals. Go through the sliding glass doors to your private lanai for outdoor dining, sunbathing, grilling, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and every imaginable utensil is available to make your stay perfect!

Nice little place to stay definitely better then a hotel or motel and much more affordable on a budget. Close to stores and beach, very helpful staff and owner. If we are ever wanting to visit the same area we already have our get away place in mind.

Best stay in Ft. Meyers

This property is amazing. It feels homy, it is extremely clean, well stocked and absolutely excellent for a family. It's location is outstanding being close to Target, Dollar Tree, restaurants and others. The owner and property manager are friendly and make you feel like you're family! We will definitely return.

We have a senior dog & worried about finding a place to stay! This is a very pet friendly place! The location is excellent to shopping & beaches! Everything you need is at this place! Mary was very helpful the entire time & wants to know of any problems! We pointed out a couple of things (fan not working, ) & she made note of it! I added 2 guests when I got there & she researched how much to charge & we left her the cash! I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for our needs

We were in Fort Myers because our son was playing baseball at FGCU. We needed a place where we could bring our dog and we didn’t want a pet-friendly hotel room that might smell like other dogs. Mary’s property was perfect. It was about thirty minutes from the university, but we didn’t mind the drive. It was about 15 minutes from Sanibel, which was convenient when our son’s afternoon games were rained out and we wanted to go for dinner and an evening beach visit. A Target was close by, as were many restaurants. We may be going back to FGCU and, if we need to stay overnight, we intend to stay here again. Mary was a fantastic host, too. She was so kind, flexible, and always responded promptly to any of our questions.

Great little inn in Fort Myers!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath half duplex in a small community. The unit is well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Very nicely decorated with a beachy, coastal theme and looks to have been recently renovated. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We also appreciated that our dog could be with us. Overall, an enjoyable stay in a clean, comfortable home in a nice, small community. We would rent again!

Great stay close to beaches and many other things, a well appointed home away from home. Nice, clean unit!

This is a nice, relaxing place, with what I call Old Florida charm. The Marlin unit I stayed in was well appointed and has been updated. The owner is very friendly and she takes pride in making sure her customer requests are taken care of. If there was one negative, I would have to say a tutorial is needed on how to use the internet accessed type cable. I had difficulties trying to use it. I would recommend staying here, close to the beaches and Love Boat Ice Cream!

It was perfect. We loved Mary and her home. Everything you need to prepare meals is provided and there is a grocery store near by. It is about 4 miles from Fort Myers Beach and shopping. We ended up extending our trip 2 days and Mary made it very easy to do. No complaints. We'll see you again, thanks for having us! - Leah

Nice place, great location, felt like home!

We had a lovely time staying in the Tarpon unit at the Fish Inn! It was quiet, roomy, and comfortable for our family of four. The units have been remodeled, so there are lots of nice, new touches! There were basic appliances...nice fridge and stove/oven, coffeemaker, microwave, even a new dishwasher! We cooked most of our meals in the unit or grilled on the deck in the back. Mary was very available to help with any questions or issues that arose. There is laundry in one of the cabins clustered with the duplex-type units, and they were getting a new dryer hooked up. That will be a fabulous upgrade! We were only about 8 miles from Fort Myers Beach and about 10 miles from Sanibel Island. We were also able to visit a lot of attractions in the Fort Myers area as well as taking a day to drive the 1 1/2 hours to the Everglades. It was a great trip and a really nice place to stay!!!

Good and comfortable location, very helpful and attentive Host

The Apartment is located in a quite but central place in Fort Myers. You can easily reach Restaurants, Supermarkets, Ice cream shop, Sport and recreational complex (if you like nature, walking or jogging we suggest lakes Park for example ;)) etc by car. You can also reach Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel/Captive Island very easy or make a day trip to Naples. The apartment is on a huge green place where there are four or five other apartments but you have your very own privacy and don't have to interact with other guests. Each Apartment has a litte garden where you can grill or just chill out. The Apartment is well equiped and confortable. AC worked well. There is a private parking. Mary was really very attentive and helpful if with had any whishes or problems. We enjoyed south west Florida for 2 weeks staying here. Thanks for the hospitality.
