The place was nice, the location was perfect for our stay. Close to town for walking but not too far for mountain biking the trails. Our key to the pool did not work, otherwise we had a great time.

Girls Weekend
Condo was very nice with updated kitchen and furniture, the bar stools in the photo were not in the unit, only 2 metal stools with no back. Beds were very comfortable, we like soft beds.
Loved the charm of this condo. The upstairs loft is very spacious with ample room for lots of gear! Living room is cozy. The pool/surrounding amenities are great. Close to bike trails, downtown, River access. We were there in May and it was pretty warm. Condo has fans to cool it off, which worked pretty well. Would stay again!

Nice Space
Cute place, small, very clean. It does need some TLC/updating. Carpets either deep cleaned or replaced. Back door currently doesn’t latch properly so it can’t actually lock, twice the wind blew it open. Windows upstairs very difficult to open, I wasn’t able to at all. Fresh paint would go a long way. Lots of potential to be even better.

Nice location
Loved the location and central to a lot of places. Loves the quiet. Our weekend was very hot and we wish the ceiling fan was working. The little Window AC are loud and can't sleep with them plus they need a fan to circulate the air. Place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen has minimal equipment for cooking.

Needs love and AC
No AC and a broken fan. Barstools not same as pic. Only thing new and they were hard metal, not comfortable. Old furniture and carpets. Could use deep clean. Could be an amazing place to stay! Maybe it is to those who don’t care about the above.
We traveled when my daughters were 3 years old 19 months. This condo worked out well for our little family. The playground & pool are just steps from the front door which was very convenient!
It seems like place was in the process of being updated. Things like low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom, a missing handle on the washing machine, and window air conditioners didn't detract from our stay and are typical of building built in this era.

Nice place but no AC
Nice cute place . But temp in side stayed above 80 degrees until about 3 am and only because we opened all the windows at night . Couldn’t relax while dripping sweat ! That portable AC unit doesn’t cut it . Had to stand in front of it to cool down but couldn’t hear the tv over the sound .

Needs some care
We had a challenging stay with many things that weren’t working; pull-out couch, garbage disposal, horrible fish smell, many lights out that needed to be replaced, and downstairs bed is very uncomfortable. We did hear back from property manager the morning of if our night’s stay about a blow up mattress that could be used in the living room instead of the broken pull-out couch. Hopefully some care can happen prior to renting it to someone else or updates need to be made on the posting!

Bugs and No A/C
The a/c unit was on when we arrived. But there was no hose on the out take. So it was just pushing hot air into the apartment. We had to sleep with windows open, but they did not have screens. So we were woken from bugs bitting us. We only stayed 1 night out the the 2. Broken fan, broken can opener, toilet handle needs to be tightened. It could have been great. We were just uncomfortable from the heat and bugs. Could only sleep there one night.

Not Bad.......but
The condo needs some updating. Door handle on dryer is missing(Washer and dryer are functional). Downstairs toilet does not flush properly(barely functional). I am old enough to remember when apartments converted to condos. Upstairs bedroom is a loft overlooking the downstairs kitchen / sitting area. Condo location is good. Mt. Bachelor is ~ 15 minutes away. Downtown Bend is ~ 15 minutes the other direction. If you are not planning on spending a lot time at the condo(smaller than it looks), this place is ok. If there are more than two adults, planning to spend any significant amount of time at the place you rent, it will be crowded.

Great location. Matt (I hope have name right) was maintenance and manager for site and was excellent to work with on issues. He got back to us immediately and addressed our concerns same day. Very pleasant experience.

Cozy Cabin Feel
This condo had a nice cabin vibe. It was clean and comfortable. The price was great.
We enjoyed our stay here, and I would actually stay here again if a few upgrades were made.
We really appreciated the portable AC unit provided for the downstairs. It didn't do much for the upstairs but we survived. There was a box fan upstairs that helped keep air moving. I couldn't get the ceiling fan to work though, maybe the remote needs to be resynced with the fan? It was stuck on one speed and the remote lit up but nothing would change when I pushed buttons.
The condo definitely needs some upgrades. First suggestion is is upgrading the mattress on the couch hide-a-bed (my kids were incredibly uncomfortable due to the springs poking through. We ended up putting extra beach towels and a comforter down under the fitted sheet and that made a big difference. As for the downstairs bedroom, it needs either a new mattress or a mattress topper. You can't sleep in the middle, you have to choose a side because there's sort of a "peak" in the middle. I got lucky, upstairs mattress was great!
Also, no cleaning supplies in the place at all except for dish soap and laundry soap pods. We had an issue where some Clorox wipes or some sort of cleaner would have been very helpful to have. I know COVID created a shortage, but you might consider placing some in the room now that they aren't so hard to find. I had to clean up using dish soap on the tile floor. Also, Kleenex would have been great to have in at least one of the bathrooms.
Finally, the patio furniture needs an upgrade. The table looks like it has been melted? A nice, simple bistro set can be picked up for a minimal price, especially at the end of the season.
I honestly think it's a great place with a lot of potential. The owner was great and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and saw a lot of wildlife right off the back patio.

So hot!! No AC
Great location. However this condo needs some maintenance. There was no Central AC.
The little window unit could not keep up with the heat. It was 91 downstairs and probably close to 100 degrees for the bed upstairs. The downstairs toilet barely flushed and the upstairs shower is broken. Condo pool was open but only from 9-6. Really surprised that it closed so early on a day that hit 109. Hot tub is out of order. The last day of the trip the pool closed due to electrical problems. Hope they get these fixed quickly and keep the pool open later for other people who visit. Be prepared if you go this summer that you are going to sweat.

Great location - a few upgrades would be helpful
The location of this condo is amazing for a trip to Bend. Also, having the loft area as an extra bedroom was essential for our family of 4. The downsides would be that the main floor mattress is terrible and I'm not generally picky about mattresses. It has the taco effect where you always roll to the middle. In addition, there were only 3 spoons in the kitchen which is really tricky for a family of 4. Lastly, there are only 2 pool towels so make sure to bring your own if you plan on using the pool.

Nice Getaway: Overall good-value-for-money
But definitely room for improvement with the points below:
Toilet flushing downstairs out of order
Fireplace obviously out of order for a while already & no willingness to getting it fixed
2-3 lamps not working, due to missing light bulbs
Only 3 proper chairs available for up to 6 people
Nice to have: An additional hour on both ends from guest-POV: check-in currently only from 4pm onwards & check-out already due by 10am
