Welcome to Blue Vista — a spacious and beautifully positioned four-bedroom oceanfront villa located in the quiet community of Old Man Bay on Grand Cayman’s North Side. With sweeping sea views, a private saltwater pool, and a peaceful, residential setting, this well-appointed villa provides the perfect escape for families and groups seeking a relaxing island getaway.

Stylish Interior:
Inside, the villa features a large, sunken living room with plush seating and a 65" flat panel HDTV, DVD player, and Roku for your entertainment. The interior is bright and open, with ocean views from the main living spaces and tasteful Caribbean-inspired touches throughout. High ceilings and natural light create a breezy, tranquil atmosphere where you can truly unwind.

Accommodation:
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The oceanfront master suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower. A second oceanfront bedroom also has a king-size bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the garden-view queen bedroom. The fourth bedroom features two queen-size beds and its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Fully Equipped:
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs, featuring dual sinks, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, blender, and a Presto Cool Daddy deep fryer. Guests can enjoy meals in the oceanfront dining room, which seats six, or in the separate breakfast area with teak seating for six.

Essential starter pack included:
Kitchen essentials such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters are provided to get you started.

Home essentials include shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also included.

Inclusions:
Guests have access to a private saltwater oceanfront pool, a large screened-in patio, and a beachfront gazebo with hammocks and loungers — perfect for soaking in the views or enjoying a quiet afternoon. For families, the villa includes beach toys, pool floats, board games, a pack-n-play, and high chairs.

Convenient Location:
Blue Vista is located just a short walk from a shallow sandy cove near the On the Bay condos, ideal for wading and swimming. Excellent coral reef snorkeling is also available just 100 yards down the beach. The villa is within close proximity to top local attractions such as the Cayman Crystal Caves, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and the East End dive sites.

Grocery stores including Chisholm’s Grocery and Foster’s Express are within a 10-minute drive, and Rum Point and Cayman Kai are about 20 minutes away by car.

Recommended Restaurants:
Enjoy dining nearby at popular local favourites such as Tukka East, Eagle Ray’s, Vivine’s Kitchen, Italian Kitchen, Over the Edge Café, and The Lighthouse Restaurant. For beachside cocktails and sunset views, Kaibo Grill and Bar and Rum Point Restaurant are also within easy reach.

Note that grocery stores are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations remain open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery delivery prior to arrival is also available.
