This one-bedroom, one-bath garage apartment in the Crescent Lake neighborhood has all the elements for a great vacation getaway or extended stay in St Petersburg.

This newly built apartment has 747 sq ft of living space and includes garage parking. You can access the apartment directly from the garage or the private courtyard. Walk down the alley, and you are at Crescent Lake Park.

There are several restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks, and it’s roughly a mile to the Bay or downtown St Petersburg.

Crescent Lake Charm
We have been coming to St. Pete for 5 years but this was our first stay at Rod's apartment--it was perfect in every way. The apartment is a very comfortable space with all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Private, Great Security and Convenient Location
I traveled to St. Pete's solo recently. This rental appealed to me as it offered privacy and security. Loved the one car garage to park my vehicle. Could access the upstairs rental through the garage or through the private courtyard using a door code. Owner spared no expense in adding great upgrades...beautiful granite, wood flooring, fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable living room furniture. Bedroom had black out blinds and an oscillating fan stored in the closet was a nice surprise to give me the white noise I sleep to each night. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The quiet location was fantastic, just a few miles to downtown St. Pete's where there is a great variety of restaurants. Enjoyed the Saturday morning market which takes place every Saturday for months....locally grown veggies, bakery items, some crafts and art work. Dali Museum is a must if you love art; very interesting learning about Dali and there was also a small Picasso exhibit. Trader Joe's and Publix Grocery Store down the street. Drove 10 minutes to Upham Public Beach, where you can rent cabana/umbrella and two chairs for $30. White sand, blue water. Restaurant and public restrooms nearby. Walked around the lake at Crescent Lake Park....within 5 minutes from rental. Really nice experience!

Nicely appointed and modern apartment. It was our first time in St. Pete so we weren’t sure where to stay. Overall a good stay. A bit noisy with the neighbors one night who could be overheard outside until 3:45 AM, but I’m a light sleeper.

Lots to love with this garage apartment
Rod was a responsive host—welcomed us when we arrived and promptly responded to our one minor issue with the TV. The apartment itself is roomy. The well stocked kitchen with updated, full size appliances made cooking easy. We appreciated having the garage for safe and convenient parking. We LOVED the nearby park and walking trail around Crescent Lake and the variety of restaurants we could walk to.

Awesome place. Beautifully decorated. Looks better in person then from the pictures. Great host.
So close to Cresent Lake with awesome pickleball. Less than a mile to the bay, with an awesome walk/bike trail. Restaurants everywhere. St. Pete is a great place to visit! Rod is right there if you neee anything. We hope to return.

Perfect area for studio apartment
The property is a studio apartment. This is located in its own separate building. I liked that there was a garage. Floor plan of the apartment was very nice. The property was modern and clean. I loved the location of this place. Trendy coffee shops and places to eats with in walking distance. It is about a mile from downtown, 20 mins from the beach. Very clean and safe part of town. Great for a short or long term stay. Property owner was very nice. Highly recommend this property.

A Home Away From Home
It's always a little stressful when you book a place online not really knowing what you're getting. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a great short-term home for us while we looked for a long-term place to live in St Pete. It is simply a super comfortable place in a great location (we walked downtown to the main Central Ave area many times as well as going for walks/runs in the park minutes away). Perhaps the best part was Rod, he's what others should strive for as a host. Very easy to communicate with and quick to reply/take action if anything is needed. Thanks for the great stay, it was always nice to come "home" to your place!

Rod was very quick to respond to my reservation request and met me as soon as I got there to show me how the locks worked and around the apartment. They spared no detail when they built this place and it has all the amenities you need for a short or longer stay. The garage was a huge plus and it feels very private. I will definitely stay there again!

The moment we arrived we felt we were in our second home! The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with paper products and cooking utensils. Cozy bed and plush linens and a comfy couch to lounge on. You are welcomed with a beautiful bottle of wine and a basket of goodies. Great location in St Petersburg!

Well located close to downtown, this apartment was roomy, comfortable, secure, and convenient. Our host had it well stocked with basic cooking items, comfortable furnishings, and linens and towels. Having a garage for our car was very convenient. All in all a great place.

Beautiful Apartment! Wonderful Stay!
Our stay in Rod's apartment was wonderful! He is a gracious host - meeting us when we arrived, showing us around and then making sure we knew he was available should we need him. We were welcomed with a basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine. The apartment is very clean and modern with modern appliances and everything we needed during our stay. The bed was comfortable, cable television was nice to have and the wifi was fast. Great location - everything was close by. My husband and I walked to Crescent Park Lake almost everyday. Downtown St Pete was just a mile or two away. Coffee shops were just a short walk as were some great restaurants. The quiet of this apartment was nice to come home to after a full day. This will be our first choice when we come back and we recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!!

Close to everything, Excellent Host, The Details make the difference.
My wife and I stayed here for a week in February. The details make the difference. Rodney was there to greet us and show us how the everything worked. The apartment is very clean, with modern appliances and is well stocked with everything you would need. Even a snack basket. Let me tell you, after a long day of traveling, that was just what we needed; a little something to restore our energy. We enjoyed our walks at Crescent Lake Park just a block away. The apartment is a great place to start your day of exploration. Just a couple of miles to downtown St. Pete and Tampa Bay. A short drive in the other direction is the Gulf. Very quiet at night. We can''t say much for the daytime as we were not there much during the day. We enjoyed Three Birds Tavern a couple blocks away, great food in a casual setting. With all the excellent restaurants downtown it was hard to choose. Just about anything you would would need to prepare a meal is supplied. Grocery stores are close by for your food. (not everything is supplied). The bottle of wine in the pictures is not there just for show.. Like I said it is the details.

The apartment is gorgeous and has all the amenities one could ask for. Comfortable bed, beautiful furnishings , well equipped kitchen and great wifi and TV. Rodney is an excellent host and the location is ideal for exploring all St Pete has to offer. Would happily stay here again.
