Construction Updates
From Sept. 6, 2025 through Feb. 21, 2026, Marriott’s Royal Palms will be undergoing villa refurbishment and enhancement project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

The adjacent resort, Marriott’s Imperial Palms, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Dec. 1, 2025.

Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this property and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

General Property Updates
Effective Jul. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
