Construction Updates
Beginning Sept. 6, 2025, through Dec. 1, 2025, Marriott’s Imperial Palms will be undergoing villa refurbishment and enhancement project. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

The adjacent resort, Marriott’s Royal Palms, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through Feb. 21, 2026.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

General Property Updates
Effective Jul. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site.

The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

The Orlando World Center Marriott* onsite amenities are available for our Owners and guests. River Falls Waterpark at The Orlando World Center Marriott has a fee of $25 and is subject to availability.

The pools at Marriott’s Royal Palms, Marriott’s Sabal Palms, and Marriott’s Imperial Palms remain open and available for use based on capacity.

The Orlando World Center Marriott is operated by an independent merchant not affiliated with Marriott Vacation Club International. Access to this amenity in pursuant to an agreement which is subject to expiration or termination.

Please be inform that there is approximately $50 per night fully refundable deposit, provided you don’t charge anything to your room similar to a hotel.
