"A Little Bit of Heaven" located at 57 Cobia Run West is an incredible four bedroom home in the desirable resort community of Seacrest Beach. Spacious living areas and bedrooms & coastal contemporary decor all afford guests a welcome and comfortable getaway. The multi-level floor plan provides optimum privacy for guests with the added feature and convenience of two living areas and a second floor coffee bar.

Spend your mornings on the terrace, basking in the sun overlooking the Seacrest Beach green space and 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool. For lunch, pick up something to barbecue from a local market and have an afternoon fiesta. At dinner, enjoy a feast at any of the nearby award-winnings restaurants. Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach (nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches) has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets and the largest community pool on Scenic Highway 30A.

Whether you want to stay all winter or just a week, there are vacation options that include luxury accommodations in modern beach homes and spacious pool side condominiums.

Once you arrive just park your car and get around like the locals do...walk or bike! Four adult cruiser bikes are at the home for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Please be aware that the back gate providing access to the pool will be locked while construction is ongoing for the community amphitheater and town hall building. The scope of construction will vary depending on the stage of the project and unforeseen disruptions due to weather. Guests may experience construction noise during normal operating hours, but work is not permitted during evenings and on Sundays. The pool, tram, and other pool access gates will remain open and fully operational during this time.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
