Beach Heaven is lovely

Overall it was great. The property was being repaired so we worked around that. Our only big complaint was the master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was sand in the bed and the duvet smelled of male body odor. We couldn’t use the bbq since it was completely covered in rust. The location is spectacular and the house is lovely. It’s very peaceful and quiet there.

New Years with Family

We LOVED this place! The couches are SO COMFY! We spent plenty o’time in the hot tub. And beach walkin thru out the day, a short skip away. Beautiful. So many spaces to explore inside…game room downstairs was a big hit. Room for a large crew! The home is well appointed for dogs which we appreciate for our canine component. Thank you!!

Beautiful Location

Home is in a perfect location right on the water with beautiful views, especially from the upstairs deck. Home is beautiful but with an odd layout. With how many guests it can accommodate it needs a bigger dining room table.

Great house, great location on the beach

Great house and location, safe, nice neighborhood. Our only complaint was the condition of the homes carpeting. Every room had large stains. I get that this home allows dogs, but for the price, carpets NEED to be clean.

It is also north of town so the beach is less crowded. The house was very clean and well decorated. The house has a great game room that everyone loved: ping pong, foos ball, etc. Definitely recommend staying there if you are in Long Beach.

Razor Clamming - Weekend Getaway with our fur babies

Too brief of an experience for us with only having time for a short weekend getaway.. that would be my only complaint 😊 The home was the first one I’ve stayed that has completely matched its online description. It was well supplied with all necessary supplies ( even for the fur babies ). The hot tub was clean, perfect temperature, and a true treat after clam digging. We enjoyed watching a perfect sunset, while playing games in the dining area. Will definitely stay again!

urine trouble

Place was as advertised; beach access was lovely and the house was as expected for a rental. There was a minor fracas when we arrived, though, as there was some piddling on the kitchen floor we had to clean up. It was a rather concerning moment, if that indicated the general state of the place, but it seems to have been a strange oversight. The rest of the house was put together and free of the unexpected, so we were able to move on with our vacation without further trouble.

Great location and home

Our family celebrated our Christmas together - 3 couples with little kids. The home accommodated separate activities easily. It has a great location and easy walk to the beach. The garage with the games were a big hit with everyone. Great communication with management. The only minus is the grills need to be updated.

Great location but dangerously unclean

Great location no doubt and plenty of space and sleeping room. However, it was difficult for my group of 6 to enjoy our stay as the property was not cleaned. 1) we found broken glass scattered around the first floor. Two people stepped on glass and one had his foot cut open. I have photos but it looks like I can’t upload 2) we were informed that there would be a grill, and there was, but it was completely insanitary. It looked like there may have been a dead bird splattered on it (again photos) but we were too disgusted to approach 3) we were warned about sand burrs outside the property but the inside also had burrs scattered around Overall, the cleaning was inadequate, and dangerous. We paid a pet fee for three dogs but had to restrict the dogs to a small area to prevent them from potentially cutting their paws. I was in communication with their service team about refunding a portion of our stay (cleaning and pet fees) given the harrowing experience but eventually got ghosted.
