The open kitchen and living room allow for conversation while preparing meals and for views to the bay from both areas. Enjoy the 96 sq ft balcony for meals or have a relaxing drink while reminiscing about your day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with an en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with the second bathroom just steps away. This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or two couples.

Enjoyed our stay here. However, I do feel they could supply you with a-roll of paper towels, a few coffee filters and if they want you to try to start to wash the sheets they could provide laundry detergent. Not complaints just suggestions to management company Would definitely stay here ahain

Peaceful, fun stay

Everything was nice. Plenty of rooms in bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room for six, we only had four. Very easy check in and out. Excellent communication with property manager. Will stay here again.

Location is great!

The general property is not in good shape but condo was fine. It had plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds were not the most comfortable but could have just been that we are used to our beds back home. Front bathtub drains slow but didnt cause any issues for us. It would be nice to have toilet paper and paper towels supplied, atleast a few rolls versus just one roll. One thing we loved was the location! Just steps from the bay area to one side and the beach on the other side. A short drive to Fort Collins and some areas of low traffic beach access in one direction and all the food and shopping you want in the other! We travel to different places for vacation each year so unsure if/when we would be back to Pensacola but, it was a nice trip!

I liked that was easily accessible to everything: very, very clean. My only dislike was The occupants above us were constantly stumping and pacing at all hours of the night which made it very hard to sleep.

Good Times on the Bay

We were greated by a very friendly property staff member soon as we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed to get our vacation started. The condo was everything we expected and more. The view of the bay was awesome! We even got to enjoy Pensacola Saturday evening fireworks from the balcony. The condo was very clean and cozy. Location is perfect! Gulf side is a very short walk to the beach. All the restaurants and other activities are a few minutes drive, or short walk down the road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back again next year for a stay.

Great spot for small family

We loved our stay here. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much, but the inside was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our little family. It was our first vacation as a family of 3. It was very close to the beach - the bay and the gulf. A good deal, we would definitely stay again!

Rest Relax Recharge

My husband, nephew and I vacationed here for a week in October. Pensacola is quite refreshing during the "off" season. This rental proved to be a true gem. I loved the feel of it. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view of the Bay-I loved relaxing on the deck with my coffee. I particularly enjoyed the four-minute walk to the ocean and gorgeous white sand! Everything about this condo was warm and welcoming and we were so happy with our choice! Thank you, Sam and Lori, for making everything so easy. We love this place and plan on returning.

Great view and location but uncomfortable beds

Overall the location and the place were great, the downfall was both of beds in the room were super uncomfortable, but the guest room was better than the master one. I couldn't sleep on the master bed because there's absolutely no support and could barely walk the next day. I had to sleep on the couch the rest of the stay. There were some other minor issues but those were addressed as well.

Property was very nice, nicer than photos. Property manager responded quickly. Beach, prier, and trolley stop steps from the door. You do have to walk up a few steps. Mattress in 2nd bedroom little worn. Definitely would stay again!

Once I made the reservations the rental property business stayed in contact with me via emails from telling me when final payment was due to keeping me informed of other important things to remember which was very helpful.

The property was great. Loved the view of the bay from the balcony! Kids had a blast kayaking behind the condos. Close to the beach. Bed in master bedroom was very comfy! Perfect location we loved it!

Memorial Day Weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend away. This property is on the end where it is peaceful and quiet. We drove to the beach access near the bathrooms. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

Condo isn’t in the best condition

Screen was torn, kitchen sink had a bad leak and floor kept getting wet, bathroom sink had a very slow drain, kitchen window was very hard to open, bedroom comforter is very old and outdated but beds were very comfortable. Condo didn’t smell good.

Nice but not the best baywatch has to offer

We’ve stayed at Baywatch condos before and love the location. Beautiful water views from all balconies and close to our favorite stretch of beach. The unit we stayed in last time wasn’t available for this trip. This unit had everything we needed for our stay. Well stocked, if basic, kitchen. It could use a deep cleaning and felt kind of thrown together though. Would stay again but would try out a different unit next time if available. We also had really loud upstairs neighbors for most of our trip but I imagine that’s true of all units but those on the top floor.

We loved the place very clean and well maintained.

The Baywatch Condominium is located in a perfect spot where you can walk,run or bike. Beach and bay just 5 minutes walking perfect for relaxing and resting. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to come on a vacation. Great services and good restaurants not to far away.

Great Location!

Loved the fact that this unit was a little ways down the beach. It made for a quiet trip, with a nice easy walk to enjoy the beach. I even got to watch the Blue Angels do a special fly over during my stay. I enjoyed the unit and the property, got to know several of the full time neighbors and owners during my stay. Would for sure stay here again!.
