Amazing Ocean View, Spacious king Studio in Sayulita... just great!!!
One room studio with all you need.
REDUCE PRICE for limited time due to neighbor´s contruction work.
Studio Guacamaya is our ocean view studio. You will be able to enjoy your meals or relax in this studio and enjoy an amazing view of Sayulita's bay and town. This Studio is on the 3rd floor of our building and just a stair away from the rooftop amd pool with amaizing views, Ocean town and mountains.
We love our location since we ctan be in town in just a 10 minut walk enjoy the party and be away from it very soon and sleep with out the town noice.
Villa Los Corales is a 3 story building and is situated just 5 min. walk from the Sayulita north beach and 10 min. walk to downtown's plaza. Our studios are perfect for couples and single people that like to relax and experience Sayulita.
The space
SPACIAL NOTE : DUE TO CONSTRUCTION WORK from our neighbor, related noice could be heard during the day.
Our building is a 3 level with 13 beautiful studios. It is totally secure and gated for your safety. You'll be given a code-key of the entrance gate so you will have the freedom enter as you please.
Guest access
All of our guests have full access to our rooftop terrace with a newly renovaded pool, shady area and sunbathing area where we have WiFi access for our guests. Also a free parking space in our private garage at the basement.
Interaction with guests
We, your hosts, live in the same building and are always happy to interact with our guests and help them with their planning in all we can. We have contact with all kinds of touristic services for a great time in Sayulita.
Other things to note
We provide you with towels and bed sheets, toilet paiper and hand soap. A 5 galon drinking water will be in your room.
For security reasons we are not allowing guests' visitors without prior registration with us. Any external visitor must pay a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Jeanette and I (David) in our late 50's are native of Germany and Mexico and have been married for 31 years.
We came to Sayulita some 25 years ago for our first visit when it was just a small fisherman town. We loved it and were always joking about one day living here; but, living in a big city in the center of Mexico, we never thought that it would one day become reality. Thank goodness we are here to help you enjoy the town we love.
We love to meet new people and make them feel at home. Helping our guests find the best way to enjoy a great vacation in Sayulita, offering them information about what we know about Sayulita and the region, and sharing experiences are some of the things we enjoy the most. Since we live on site managing the place, we are almost always available to be of assistance.

Why they chose this property
We are located on the firts hill of the north side of town and that give us great advantage. Near to all and far enogh to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. Even though we must walk up the hill, that provides great ininterupted views from out rooftop of the ocean, the town and the mountains.
What makes this property unique
Our Studios are all made taking care that our guests will have all is needed for their stay and enjoy their time to the max. we have thought of the couples and single people that want a place that is better than just a hotelnroom and want to feel at home. Making some meals taking it eazy or just plain resting time is just what we thought when we opened Villa los Corales.
