Garden level mountainside 1-bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Only three blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. Off-street parking! Recently remodeled pool and hot tub! Though the condo is mountainside in location, there are no views from the condo windows.

Great find
Well appointed cozy one bedroom in amazing location in the heart of Aspen. Ideal for couples or small families noting it was comfortable for our party of three including our adult son. The owners were very responsive and helpful including addressing one minor maintenance issue. We would gladly rent again.

A good experience
Loved everything about the property but the lack of natural lighting, making it a very dark place! Also the photo of the property shows another building and not the west building that we were in. It was very misleading! However the location of the neighborhood and the communication with the host was great! Also a wonderful pool, hot tub and parking were a huge benefit! Overall a good experience.

Great stay! Close to downtown!
We loved our stay here. It was so early to walk downtown and to Hotel Jerome for a conference. Easy to find walking trails from and my son loved the pool. Hope to stay here again.

Great location
The number one advantage of this property is its location. The condominium is clean but a bit outdated and a dark interior with little natural light. We stayed 4 nights and were rarely there. The walkability to everything in town was the most important feature to us.

Great place to stay when visiting Aspen!
My husband, daughter and I stayed in this cozy condo for 6 nights during our first visit to Aspen. The condo had everything we needed. We prepared all of our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom had all the necessities. The bed and sofa were comfortable and there's a TV in both the family room and the bedroom. Location was great! We walked everywhere and the only time we took our car out was to drive to Maroon Bells which is just a short car drive away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Aspen. Host is very responsive and attentive to your needs! Highly recommend.

Excellent location and easy check in
This condo is perfect for a weekend stay in Aspen! It’s within blocks of everything you want to be near - skiing, restaurants, bars, shopping etc. We didn't make much use of the kitchen since we dined out a lot but it is well stocked. The couch in the photo has actually been updated to a sectional with a pull out bed so it’s even nicer and my friends said it was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze, the parking pass was ready to go for us so it was great to have easy access to parking. We also had a ski locker which was super convenient for all of our gear.

Great condo in Aspen
Wonderful stay for 2 nights! Amazing communication from owners to provide everything we needed. Cozy small condo was great for us during our stay. Just up the hill from downtown so we walked everywhere. Hot tub was very nice in the complex.

Weekend in Aspen
The place was perfect for 3 of us for a short vacation/remote working stay. The apartment was just what we needed and nice and cool since it was on the bottom floor despite it being warm out. Appreciated the host’s communication. Overall very lovely! The pool was a nice plus.

What a great location in downtown Aspen - everything is walkable including the grocery store, gondola, Clarks Pharmacy, Rubey Park Bus Station and so much more! We were comfortable at this condo. It was clean, and had everything promised in the listing. A repair issue came up early in our stay but the host/manager was on it and had the issue resolved promptly. We will consider this rental again.

My stay was fantastic! Everything about my experience was outstanding from check in to check out. Host was extremely responsive and thorough in his communication and the unit was so cozy. My favorite was the huge comfortable bed and large shower. Definitely will stay here again.

Comfortable stay, perfect location
We stayed in Aspen to acclimate to the elevation (coming from Florida) and prepare for backpacking Four Pass Loop. We did not realize how perfect the location is until we got there. We did not have to move our car for 2 days as everything was within walking distance. The host had great communication and the unit was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
