About this property

Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 5th floor unit has an ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated.

*****NOTICE 4-1-25******
There is construction of a new 500 room hotel and conference center being built on the property across the street to the north. The new Westin Hotel will take 1-2 more years to complete the construction. The planned opening is in 2027. There will be construction noises from time to time and sometimes at odd hours. Our complex monitors their activity and will notify us of unusual issues or events. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.

Our unit has been recently updated, and are fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment.

The Oceanfront Complex has the following:
Direct access to the beach.
Large heated pool with neighboring hot tub.
Recreation room with kitchen and library.
Tennis Court, Pickleball court
Plenty of parking.

Please reset our TV system setup if you change it. Use HDMI1 for the Cable cord connection.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Castles and hope to return soon. Doug was quick to respond when we had questions. The Condo was decorated beautifully and clean. It is close to the ocean for walks on the beach and the pool was so comfortable and protected when the ocean winds were strong. We were able to watch 3 launches from our Balcony and on the beach. It is an easy drive to Disney and very close to Kennedy Space Center. Thank you Doug.

Nice unit

Overall a nice unit, corner view. Westin is building a new hotel next store, hope it doesn't ruin the view,as now you can see Port Canaveral.

Oceanfront

2nd floor oceanfront. Large two bedroom condo and 2 full baths. Good supplies. Older unit but perfect for A family . Sheets on king should be replaced since they are at the end of their life. Glass table needs to be cleaned better. A few utensils were dirty. Elevator was broken upon arrival so I had to switch my unit with the owner which worked out.

We had a great experience at this Condo. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious enough for the whole family, love that it is within walking distance to the beach and had an ocean view from the balcony

Fantastic condo

I could not have been more pleased with the condo. Clean, stocked, great location, spacious, I could go on and on. Beach is right there, also so a SpaceX launch, the kids loved their surf lessons and bioluminescence kayak tour. Hubby and I loved the chance to just chill!

Only 2 complaints the sun rises over ocean instead of setting and the space x launched cancelled 3 times so we missed it. All of which clearly out of your control! The room and property were awesome! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Cocoa Beach

The condo was updated, clean and had more than we could ask for from plenty of bathroom towels to beach towels and chairs. We took advantage of the common area and had a family bbq. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily. We would come back again for sure! We also got to wat h a launch at Cape Canaveral the Sunday before we left.

We really enjoyed the condo. You can see two launch pads from the balcony, we didn’t watch any launches from the balcony but you would definitely be able to see a launch. My kids loved the beach and the heated pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Super convenient, spacious unit.

My family and I came over Christmas break. The unit is very clean and spacious. Everything you need is in the unit! Love that we were on the beach. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Heated pool and hot tub were used a lot since the weather wasn’t the greatest. Great building!

Terrific Stay!

The property was in a great location. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony!. Everything you needed was included. Building maintained nicely. Unit very clean. Owner was quick to reply with the couple questions we had prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!!

This places has everything you could possibly need if you are flying. I was impressed, they thought of everything!!! We ended up adding to the collection and left a few pair of goggles to go with the beach chairs and umbrellas and booth boards. Very spacious and nicely decorated.

My stay at Doug’s condo was amazing! He had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The condo was decorated with a beach theme, which I loved, it was clean and spacious! The extras were perfect! (Beach umbrellas, towels and more) the condo was centrally located so that was a plus too!!

Convenient and cozy

This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy beautiful Cocoa Beach a few days before our cruise. The host was great, as was his housekeeper. The unit was clean and the decorations were so cute. Enjoyed having some extras like a cooler to take to the beach and laundry detergent supplied in the laundry room. Many nice extras for people who were flying and traveling light. The only thing I would suggest is investing in some new beach chairs, as those have gotten a bit beaten down. I would 100% come here again. Thank you for everything!
