About this property

Creston House 8B is a perfect getaway location. The resort is quaint and very well taken care of, you don't get that "overcrowded condo complex" feeling.

The condo has a king size bed in bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa, including all linens needed for a restful night. There is a full kitchen with all cookware, dishes and utensils provided. There is plenty of space to unwind after fun-filled days spent at the beach, sightseeing or golfing. It is an oceanfront complex with a large pool and private beach access. You can enjoy all the amenities or simply relax in the comfort of your own beach front paradise.

The living room is pleasant and roomy, with a 55" TV, and sliding doors leading out to the porch. Step off the porch just a few steps and enjoy a morning dip in the pool, or a few minutes on the private walkway over the dunes to a white sand beach to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the crashing surf of the ocean. It is definitely worth getting up early for, guaranteed! Or just sit back and relax on the porch, maybe enjoying your favorite beverage.

The dining room is just beyond the living room with seating for 4, to enjoy a meal or a rousing game of cards. And if you bring your laptop, which of course we all do, there is a roomy desk ready to spend some Facebook time at, sharing your photos of your stay with your friends, to let them know what a fabulous time you are having. There is free wireless internet throughout your stay.

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area in this open floor plan design. You'll find everything you need to prepare those meals when you are chilling in, or there are restaurants within walking distance with great food.

When it's finally time to retire after a fun filled day spent enjoying one of the many activities there is to do in St. Augustine, you will sleep soundly in the large, comfy king size bed. You can also enjoy your favorite tv programs as you lie in comfort, watching the 32' flat screen. The sliding door opens to the sound of the waves crashing, lulling you to sleep. The bathroom is modern and clean, and offers a tub/shower combo.

Sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze from this east facing unit with porch overlooking the pool. Easy access to this first floor unit. NO STAIRS!! Just walk out the back slider and you are on your way to the beach!

Creston House Condominium is located in beautiful St Augustine Beach. With so many great things close by, you will never drive more than 10-15 min for anything. The downtown Historic District is 10 minutes away and offers great restaurants, shops, historic sites and the Castillo De San Marcos (FORT) right on the bayfront. The complex is somewhat private and has a very quiet and peaceful setting. It is very well maintained and in all buildings are in great shape. You are sure to enjoy your stay at this condo and on our beautiful beaches!!

This is our second stay at the condo and we loved it. The condo is large, updated, and very clean. The location near the pool and on the beach is perfect. We stayed for a total of 6 weeks and have not had any issues with the condo, the hosts or the complex. We plan on staying here again.

2023 Butler Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at Butler Beach. The condo is large, clean, and very comfortable. It's located directly on the beach with a nice large pool with plenty of pool side seating. In addition, the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We look forward to returning next year.

St. Augustine Perfection!

We had a wonderful time at Creston House. The property was exactly as described. I honestly can’t think of anything to complain about. The location of the condo in the complex was perfect: we love first floor units so we can just dump our sandy beach stuff on the patio. It was steps away from the pool and a really short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and VERY well stocked (kitchen stuff, beach stuff). Would 100% rent this unit again. It was perfect!

Lovely, cozy condo

We were very pleased with everything about this condo! It was so nicely decorated and maintained. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs & towels and kitchen was very well equipped. The condo was spotless and linens were super nice quality. The complex was well maintained and quiet. Access to the beach was easy. Also the fact this unit was ground floor made for easy loading and unloading. Definitely hope to stay again sometime soon!

Absolutely lovely

Like staying in a model home! Ground floor so quick access to parking and path to beach. Large TV with streaming and cable, books and games cabinet, beach chairs and umbrella, plenty of towels and linens, complete kitchen. Stayed at many locations in the St. Augustine area but this tops the list now. Will stay again.

Incredible Beach access

Pool is right outside your patio door and the beach is no more than a 3-minute walk! This unit is in a very quiet development within 3-5 miles of great restaurants and convenient 10-15 min. drive to all the historical St. Augustine sites.

Immaculate and Comfortable Condo

We just returned from a week at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The quiet location was perfect for our work retreat. Condo was absolutely spotless and the master bed was very comfortable. We had all the cooking materials we needed, and we made good use of the umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. The beach is just a few steps away, and it is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this rental.

Great trip

Had a great vacation here! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location, right on the beach. We had one small issue with the shower and were very easily able to get in touch with Bill even though it was late at night and it was fixed first thing the next morning. I would stay here again :)

But close to the Old St. Augustine and attractions. We know you will enjoy it here. So bring your bathing suit and come to St. Augustine. We also continue to make yearly improvements .

Why they chose this property

You will find this condo to be one of the best values on the beach. It is as large as most of the 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Ground floor unit. You can load and unload in front door. No Steps! We have a King size bed a soda with a queen size bed. Plus an ottoman that makes in to a single bed. A short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. Also on site laundry room located in center of complex accepts debit, credit cards.

What makes this property unique

Close to the Old town of St. Augustine yet out just far enough to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores close to condo. Enjoy beautiful Anatastia Island and all the attractions.
