About this property

Imagine the whitest sand on the beach, imagine the bluest water, imagine the sun that rises over left side of your balcony and sets in the water over right side at the end of the day. Imagine the luxury of the resort - pools, multiple bars, coffee shop, light music, friendly staff. And all of this near everything that Panama City Beach has to offer.

Now imagine your apartment - fresh, comfortable cozy, clean. Very nice living room with 42" TV and nice new sleeper sofa. Kitchen with marble like counter top and brand new appliances. Equipped with everything you might need. Bedroom with large queen bed, mirrors and another TV. Comfortable size closet and enough storage space to organize your staff. There are bunk beds for your little ones outside of the bedroom, offering you privacy.

And the view. The view that is breathtaking. The blue water of the gulf as far as you can see. Upfront of you, on your right and your left.

I could only imagine this before I saw this condo and once I saw it I had to have it. Now I want to share it with you.

I would love to host you and your family. When we stay at our condo we go to the Pier Park for food and entertainment. We rent a boat for a whole day and visit Shell Island or chase some fish in a bay. We observe the dolphins from the balcony slowly go by us. We swim in a gulf, collect the shells, look at different fish that is plenty in the Gulf.

Sometimes we would shop at the Pier Park, spend time in one of the pools or just read on the balcony.

But every winter I come to Panama City Beach to work. I check my condo, fresh and repair if anything in need of repair, replace what need to be repaired. Every time my wife comes with me. Because if something is not good enough for her - it would not be good enough for you.

We are in partnership with one of the most reputable and reliable agency that will make sure that you have everything you need when you are on vacation with us. They will make sure that condo is clean and ready for you, help you to check in and provide you with necessary information.

We really hope that you will choose our condo for your vacation and will enjoy it as much as we do.

To assure your health and ours we have no smoking policy inside the condo. We asking not to bring pets with you. And we also asking you to wait with renting until at least one of the renters is 25 or older.

We would love if you would choose to stay for a longer period of time and will be glad to provide reduced rates for those who would rent for a month or longer.

Condo fully equipped with everything you might expect in your own home: coffeemaker, dishwasher, all the dishes, linens, bath towels, etc. Washer in dryer in the condo, wi-fi and full cable service with the router in the living room.

Nice Condo

Lots of Mold

After a 2 hour delay checking in, the maid let us know that there was mold everywhere. It was on the ceiling, in the shower, in the AC closet. The owner said it was just mildew from the balcony door being open. But that’s not what the 4 house cleaners said. And also you have to have 2 people to open the balcony door, it gets stuck everytime. Very unhappy with our stay this year.

Owner was wonderful an accommodating. Room had been neglected by cleaning crew which prevented enjoyment until we cleaned it, not the way you wish to start. Location and view were accurate.

Excellent View of Ocean!

Beautiful views and great location to walk to several restaurants and shops. The condo was great other than the balcony door being extremely difficult to open and close and mildew in the shower and air conditioning vent in living room. Overall great condo and great experience.

Closet door was broke towel rod was broke something was growing out of the bathroom vent balcony door you needed both hands to open it the screen door to the balcony the screen was coming off the vent in the living room it looked like mold growing I sent Michael 10 pictures of the room

Pros and cons of this condo

Pros: *The location is PERFECT. *Everything you could want to do is so close either in walking distance or a short drive. *The view from the rooms balcony is spectacular. *The air conditioning is glorious. *Other people have said the bed is bad but we didn’t think so. *You can walk out and the beach and ocean are right there *The beach service is nice if you need it (chairs and umbrellas) *The parking garage is right across the street from the condo, with lots of parking and has an inclosed skywalk to get to the condos *There is a nice gift shop and a Starbucks in the same building as the parking garage *Plenty of towels provided (you need beach towels though) *The washer and dryer are great *The unit is right by the elevators and the trash shoot and that was super convenient *The pool was very nice Cons: *The condo needs a DEEP clean and a paint job. It wasn’t disgustingly dirty but not exactly super clean either *The recliner and couch are terrible and the chairs that go with the dining table look like they have seen much better days *The door to the balcony is super hard to open *The screen door on the balcony was ripped away from the frame and held together with packing tape that was no longer holding *The elevators are amazingly awful. Sometimes you can wait 20 or 30 minutes for one to arrive. This was honestly the worst part and not the fault of the owner of the condo but still annoying

Come every year to this resort

It is a good unit close to stairs, elevators, trash chute, and good view. If you mind having certain type of pans, bring your own. 🙂 great place.

Good location with a Perfect view.

The living room and kitchen are great with Amazing Views! There is a balcony facing the beach with this unit. However, some of the furniture is a bit worn and the bedroom is in the front of the condo making it a little dark with no outside views. If you are going to Pier Park you will need a car, it's a bit of a trek. The Manager of the property was very attentive and easy to contact.

Pros: location, ocean view is wonderful, kitchen has all needed appliances, condo layout is nice, nice LVP and water is hot in the bathrooms. Cons: mattress needs replaced badly, I believe you might want to enter a contest as oldest & most uncomfortable Lazy Boy recliner in the world, the couch is like sitting on bricks, and balcony furniture needs to be re-purposed- maybe to a jail., and last...... it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Condo is dirty.

Underwhelming

We arrived to find we could not get in to the condo and that it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. Owner said he forgot to book the cleaning . So we waited on the balcony from 4-6:30. What was cleaned looked good but this place is in need of a deep clean, couch and pillows are so dirty. Ceiling fans are so bad. The pool nearest our condo was closed and parking pass and wristbands we're not there so we couldn't use the pool by the parking garage until the third day of our stay. Needless to say for the price expected more.

Close to lots of activities. Location was perfect. But as some other guests commented the unit does need a deep cleaning and some updates.. flooring, furniture and ice maker did not work.. needs new balcony furnitue...when we arrived the inside door knob was laying on the kitchen counter..my husband put it back on because we were afraid someone would take off the outside door knob (since nothing was holding it on) and gain access to the condo. If these areas are addressed it will be a more attractive condo to rent.... The sunrise and sunsets were awesome...Pool was great... But we did enjoy our time at the beach....

Empty nest vacation

Our first time to Panama City Beach was in 2018. We stayed at a hotel distant from Pier Park. When we decided to go back to Panama City Beach this we knew we wanted to stay closer to Pier Park, restaurants and shopping. We found Michael’s one bedroom condo on VRBO. The condo was just what we were looking for in location, size, ocean view and price. Michael was very attentive to any questions we had and responded quickly. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The only suggestion I would have is to update some of the living room and dining furniture. We would definitely reserve another condo from Michael in the future.
