Family Vacation with Suburban + great pool & short walk to the beach

Aloha and Mahalo for visiting our "home away from home" vacation rental site.

This lovely tropical property is centrally located on the beautiful island of Maui. We are 20 minutes from the airport and central to many activities, shops, and restaurants on the island.
It is located in a beatiful resort. Everywhere you look you will experience well maintained tropical grounds. The resort is very peaceful and relaxing. The pool and Jacuzzi are within meters from the lanai. The resort boasts the largest condo resort pool in Kihei; even your little ones can play in this pool. There are two tennis courts, a ping pong table, and a ground shuffleboard on site. Three large BBQs are also at your disposal at the cabana. You could picnic there as well if you so desire.
The unit is located just across the street from what they call the 6 Mile Beach where you can enjoy a morning jog or sit with a coffee and enjoy the morning breeze or you could simply pick up the beach chairs, and beach toys provided by us and enjoy a day at one of Maui's beaches in the awesome deep blue ocean. Ahhhhh! Hawaii is known as 'paradise Island.'
Our "home away from home" is a 2000 sq ft unit, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We have split air conditioning. Ceiling fans are also in every room. There are two master bedrooms on the main floor with Cal King beds, one of which has an ensuite. The large "Hotel" bedroom upstairs has one double bed one single a queen and a one person futon The 4th "closed loft" bedroom has a queen bed. We also supply a playpen which could also be used for a baby/toddler bed. There is cable T.V. in every bedroom and also in the main living area.
The kitchen is also fully loaded with all your basics and an ice maker on the freezer door. There is a full sized stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet.
The telephone may be used free of charge for calling within the USA and Canada.
We also provide a high chair, stroller, infant and toddler booster seat so you do not need to travel with all that extra bulk. This is something we appreciated when traveling with young ones.
This is a non-smoking unit inside and out and absolutely no pets, due to allergies.
This unit is cleaned and inspected before you arrive and again after you leave. We do not do back to backs on Sundays
We also provide you with our white 8 passenger Suburban. contact is at 780 876 4333. Inspections are done according to Maui law. (its not a new one) We leave it to your discretion on whether they want to use it or not You must provide proof of insurance with collision before you may use it. Our insurance will not cover you. The fuel tank is full when you arrive. Remember its free to use on the condition the you fuel it up, wash, and clean it before you leave. If our agents need to do that the fuel cost plus $130.00 will be taken from your damage deposit
If you rent an extra vehicle it will need to be parked on the along the fence
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. We do not do a back to back booking on Sundays😊
