We have taken pride in this house by renovating and adding a new addition to the home while keeping the charm and overall inviting character of the original design. Keeping the integrity of the 1931 home, but adding modern touches.

This unique rolled roof tutor home was built in 1931 and has had few owners. It is as unique and welcoming on the inside as it is on the outside. It is a home that is surprisingly spacious and perfect for a family who wants a relaxing and inviting space to enjoy family.
What makes this property unique
This charming home welcomes you with warmth and style when you walk through the original arched glass doors. Arched doorways and hardwood floors boast charm and class. Two bedrooms on the main floor and 3 on the upper level allow privacy and comfort. Kid friendly with club house in the fenced in back yard. Newly renovated brick patio is perfect for grilling out, enjoying a cigar or making smores. Front porch to enjoy game day and say hello to fellow football fans.
