Guest Access: The whole apartment will be yours. We live close by and will be able to help if anything is needed. The Neighbourhood - It's located in central Phnom Penh next to Royal Palace, National Museum, and Riverside with 3 minutes walk distant. Many foreign restaurants/bars around the area.
