Lovely Familly House At 50m From The Beach

La villa « L'Hirondelle» is a lovely house newly refurbished with style, fully equipped and perfectly located in the heart of the town only few steps away from the beach (50m). You will also enjoy the sea view from upstairs. Many toys and games for kids are included to keep your kids busy while you relax in the house.

The location
Mers-Les-Bains and le Treport are located between cliffs, very close to Normandy coast and to the Baie de Somme (Marquenterre Park).

The space
One of key strength of the house is its location which let you do everything by foot: beach, kids playground, skate park, swimming pool, tennis, sailing club, casino, site visits, hikes and much more...
The house has four floors:
The ground floor consists of a large entrance, a TV lounge (with flat screen TV with international channels, video games Wii) and a sofa, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Small laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equiments. Many board games.
The first floor consists of a spacious living room bright and friendly with an open kitchen on the living / dining room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, regular coffee machine and espresso machine (nespresso) and many kitchen utensils (blender, mixer, pressure cooker...). The living room is furnished with a table for 6-9max people and a lounge with a sofa and armchairs, plus an excellent quality Bluetooth audio system. There are two balconies on this floor.
On the second floor there is the master bedroom with sea view furnished with a bed (size 140cm x 200cm), with an adjoining bathroom (large shower), and a second large bedroom with park view furnished with a double bed (size 140cm x 190cm) and a single bed (size 90cm x 200 cm).
On the third floor there is a large bedroom with sea view furnished with two single beds (size 90cm x 200cm), equipped with many toys and children books, separate bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with park view furnished with a bed (size 140cm x 200 cm).
La villa « L'Hirondelle» welcomes babies and children by providing, childcare equipment (two portable cribs and one high chair) games and books for children of any ages.
Free highspeed broadband WIFI connection is available in the Villa.

Other things to note
The Villa has been fully renovated in 2017. Outside renovation performed in Spring 2021.
Numerous parking lot are available (free except during high season) right next to the Villa. Large parking (free even during high season) 300m away from the house.
For shopping, you have several shops (bakery, butcher, small grocery shops, pharmacy…) and restaurants at walking distance. Large mall area nearby (500m).
