First floor entry, fully equipped Kitchen, large Bedroom with King sized bed and flat screened television, Dining area, Living Room with flat screened TV (cable & Wifi provided), dual access to patio. Large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, workout facility, community room and laundry. Excellent restaurants with grocery store and two drugstores on island. Anna Maria offers free public transportation (Trolley) right in front of the resort.

The location was fabulous, just across the street from the beach. The unit has everything you need, except a washer/dryer but the owner says they are in the process of getting them installed. The owner is a lovely lady and quick to respond and take action when the internet went out. I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Wonderful vacation - Great Unit
Facility is very centrally located to several nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Reasonably priced. Owner has beach chairs/umbrella, wagon to pull in the sand and coolers. This made going to the beach everyday so much easier. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Coffee pot and Kuerig are also provided. Nice pool on site. Gym, washer and dryer also available on site. Owner responds right away and provided the best customer service. My husband and I would stay in this unit again.

We come to Anna Maria twice a year and I think we just found our favorite spot. Everything was perfect! Also, You MUST try the BBQ place next to the condo.

Summer Vacation With My Husband
Cute, clean beach theme condo loaded with everything you need from kitchen to beach! Location Is perfect. Walk across the street to the sandy beach Or walk behind the condo out on the pier and sit on a bench and watch the boats in and out of the bay! Only a few steps around to the lovely pool. Out the back side of the condo there is a picnic table and charcoal grill. We will definitely return! Thank you Jane! 😁

It was such a cute place and was conveniently located with the beach just a short walk away. It was the first time we stayed at Runaway Bay. We were impressed with the facilities-the pool, laundry room, and tennis court. The owners were wonderful in communicating with me regarding reservations and also instructions for when we arrived. Why they chose this property

Since purchasing this property in November 2017 we have went over every inch of this condo with a fine tooth comb. Being residential remodelers we know what to look for and how to set up a space that will give you the maximum enjoyment for your stay. We know that this is an ongoing process. We fell confident that our condo is ready and look forward to hosting you.

What makes this property unique

Anna Maria Island has 7 miles of beautiful shoreline with the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With Anna Maria being a small island you are centrally located to not only the beach and the bay but also to many fine restaurants within walking distance. It boasts a family atmosphere which the city desires to keep. You will not find any large corporations or chain restaurants on the island.
