The home is just wonderful with great views of the hills and stars at night. We had everything we needed. Our family had a great time. TThisvervsesecludedsecludedd
Amazing quiet place to stay with amazing view of surrounding countryside. A little difficult to get to but we’ll worth the trip. The owner is amazing to communicate with and very hospitable!
Property is ok, though cleaning crew missed trash under beds. Be advised that the master bedroom has glass doors that open to the great room - so if privacy is a concern you may want to that into consideration.
House is built in to a hillside with a steep circular drive that goes around it. There are two sets of staircases to get from the parking area to the main or rear entrance. The stairs are a bit irregular, and the ones leading to the back door had lots of gravel on them, so be careful.
The house was great overall, very spacious and great view. The road to the property was a little sketchy, especially at night but it worked out ok. Only suggestion would be for rugs in the master bathroom as the floor got wet from the shower, we just used a towel so we didn't slip. Beautiful place and would stay there again!
Great home for 4 adults and 2 children on the side of a hill!
Beautiful home on the side of a hill. It would not unfortunately be a great fit for people in wheelchairs or use walkers due to the steep drive. Inside the home, it was plenty good size with 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk bed room. The back deck was the best feature on the home. I suggested a TV in the main sitting area as our family likes to watch a movie at night occasionally. Overall, great except for using caution with the steep drive and about a 500 yard dirt road to get to the home.
Quite secluded location. Great patio over looking small valley and hills. Great for afternoon and evening beverages. Roads leading to home a bit rough and steep. We made it just fine with AWD car. Home had everything we needed including washer and dryer. It was decorated nicely. Great if you have kids. Bunk beds in third bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.
The property looks to still be a work in progress as the is some updating needed in the kitchen/ grounds. But it was clean and comfortable and the owners were helpful. Reasonably priced.
Excellent. Gia was an excellent communicator and responsive.. The house was so cozy and comfortable and the view was spectacular. Would definitely book again!!

Don't stop at this one... keep going
View was nice...... but You can't sit on any of the 6 Kitchen/Dining Chairs, as their is no cushioning and all you felt was springs or wood. We had to use our pillows on the chairs. It was dusty, and smelt in 2nd bedroom. No TV in the living room, so if you wanted to watch TV, you had to sit on the beds. And not enuf light to read in the LR. No closets for our use. While the driveway is steep and narrow, and the roadway leading to the driveway is the same, but with gravel, the owners parked their vehicles at the curves near the entrance, so if we didn't want to park on the steep grade at the front door, we had to maneuver around their parked vehicles and drive all the way around to the back. Jeeps would work great on this property.
We used this place as a base before embracing on the Cocodona 250 mile ultramarathon and it was such a treat.
Very relaxing, clean, perfect location and everything we needed.
Communication with Gia was fast and on point too. Thank you 🙏
My family enjoyed our stay. The scenery was lovely, especially when it snowed. The house is very spacious, and comfortable. Gia was always a phone call or text away if something came up. Which was very seldom. Thanks again, for your hospitality.
The house is large with a fully equipped kitchen and lots of room for the kids. The driveway is a bit steep but you can avoid issues by parking right by the front door or having all wheel drive. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were very responsive. It was a great getaway location and I would certainly consider renting here for future trips. While it feels secluded, there is tons of shopping just a short drive away. And we saw deer walk right near the house, which was an unexpected bonus.

Reasonable Stay
Having stayed at a few VRBO's, it appears this one may be new to the game. Found the wi-fi password in a basket, but no other instructions were provided. Had to contact the property manager on a couple things, but she was very responsive. Could use new sets of towels and new pillows. Overall a good location and nice and quiet.
This home was prefect place to stay. The home is beautiful, views are outstanding, and loved the privacy. The host made sure we had everything needed and went out of there way to make sure our stay was prefect. The home was clean and had a very nice kitchen with everything we needed. The kids’ room was wonderful for our grandchildren. They had so much fun. Driveway was not an issue. Sitting on back deck drinking coffee and listening to the birds was so relaxing. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The place was ok.
Pros:
View and quite location.
Cons
No instructions left out from the owner. Every other place we have ever stayed has at least a sheet of paper explaining everything about the house like the wifi password ect.... We just happened to stumble upon it in the bottom of a basket next to the back door.
Sheets on one of the kids bed had what we could guess was dirt or cookie crumbs in it so we had to change them.
The house was not as clean as we would have expected for a rental. The furniture could use a cleaning as there were multiple stains on the couches.
The grounds around the home were not kept up. There is a stairwell that goes from the driveway in front of the house down to where we parked that the rails were falling over and unsafe. There were several vehicles around the yard and a old boat up against the house. Not an environment for the small kids to play outside.
Overall the stay was ok but we were not overly thrilled with the property and would not rent again.
My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it!! Beautiful home and the view from the balcony was stunning!! Lots of hiking. Private road to the house, quite with few neighbors. Gia was amazing and so accommodating and helpful!!! We would 100 love to stay again in the near future!!!
There were some things that were needs attention.. Extra face towels needed. Refrigerator door,; rubber frame on door was loose and difficult to close. Arm on one of the dining chairs loose , where it came off if you rest your arm on it. TV in one of the bedrooms, could not navigate. It would have been helpful if there were instructions. Could use large Rubbermaid/plastic bowls for kitchen. Overall, a nice quiet place to stay.
The location was nice and quiet which is what we were looking for. Great views and a well equipped house. The driveway wasn't an issue. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying again.
We really enjoyed Gia’s place. The home is much better than we expected with beautiful tiled showers and kitchen.
They have stunning mountain views from the living room and patio and the home is conveniently located to everything. Thanks for everything Gia.
We had a great stay! The only tricky part is the steep gravel driveway. We had a small passenger car so it was a bit uncomfortable. A larger car would have been easier to maneuver it.
