This luxury penthouse is located in an ideal quiet location in Ipanema. It is in front of the Lagoon, and still only 10 minutes walking to the mythical Posto 9 on Ipanema beach. It is a very modern and bright 3 story penthouse.
On the main floor of this penthouse you have a large living room – very tastefully decorated and boasting large floor to ceiling windows that allow you to view directly out onto the lagoon and Christ Redeemer. This floor also has the dining room that can seat 6 people, as well as a kitchen with all new and modern amenities and a bedroom ensuite with cable TV and air conditioning.
The second floor has an office, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom as well as a big pool. From there you have access to the rooftop terrace with a solarium.
There is a daily maid service included with this apartment. This is the perfect location for your stay if you like quiet nights looking up at Christ Redeemer, but still want to be just a few minutes’ walks from the main streets and beautiful beach of Ipanema.
