Very nice and clean only a 10 minute walk to the trolley and bus terminal to go into the city the house was nice and larger kitchen was spacious and living room was nice and quiet we had a great time and would go back to the house again when we decided to come back to New Orleans

The propery was clean and quiet. No frills, but all the necessities. The beds were comfortable and the owner responded quickly when we needed to get in touch. I would stay there again.

Christmas with family
Very nice unit - very clean and comfortable - everything worked well and we had no problems - area very quiet and we felt secure - all you could ask for. Just 2 suggestions - need some clothes hangers - only 1 we could find - and please look at the entry staircase it feels very shaky - we would definitely stay here again and we will. Thank You

Great place with 2 kitchen issues
Pros:Good communication from host and easy access to the property.Charming property located in a nice quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Our unit was 2A on the top-floor and never heard the other 3 units' neighbors. Parking was a non-issue.Bedding, sitting areas, bathrooms, showers were all clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Decor and artwork were enjoyed as well.Cons:Kitchen had one small frying pan - no pots, saucepans or flat sheets for cooktop or oven. Many utensils, bowls, plates, and silverware, but really nothing to actually cook or bake with. If you plan to eat out every meal this should not affect you.Recommend sealing up and storing your food! We had left a recently opened large bag of spicy cheetos on the island. A 3" diameter hole was torn into the bottom of the bag and it nearly emptied the contents overnight. After this event we kept everything in the fridge.

The house was perfect! Clean, very spacious! Short drive to most things you’d like to do and friendly neighbors! Definitely a perfect location if you just plan on eating your way through New Orleans then coming back to relax!!!

This place was perfect, we were in the cemetary district and very close to catch the trolley. Clean with plenty of linens and a well appointed kitchen. Everything you need to enjoy New Orleans!

Couldn't have asked for a more convenient area to stay in. Lots of places to grab a bite of local food within short walks are drives. Plenty of street parking on the side of house. Quiet area. Cold A/C and tons of space to move around inside. Will be back.

Wonderul place to stay
We really enjoyed the neighborhood the rental is in! City Park is an absolute must see and it is beautiful with plenty of activities to do! The home is within walking distance to the park and Cafe Du Monde in City Park! We loved being outside of quarter away from all the noise and craziness! The home is very spacious and accommodated us well, we would definitely stay here again!

The property had a great location! Uber usually costed me around $10 to get to Bourbon Street

Awesome place due to location. Felt like I had the best of both worlds because it's in a very nice quiet neighborhood with resturants near by and just a short walk to street car to get downtown. Very spacious,clean and comfortable , filled with local art. Would surely stay there again. Thanks

The property is as pictured. It contains very interesting artwork and lots of books. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were enough towels and sheets for a month. When we come to New Orleans in the future, we will try to reserve this property.

Home Away From Home
One word describe this rental: AWESOME. My girlfriends and I went to Essence and this place offered everything we needed and MUCH MORE! It is in a great location and space was not an issue. The kitchen and amenities were all as listed in the details of the rental. I will definitely use this rental again in my next visit to NOLA!

Very nice, neat, clean. Beds and linens very comfortable. Living room was nice to relax in after a full day of sight seeing. Very handy to public transportation. Best part was it was quiet at night to sleep. Would stay here again. For breakfast we went to the Ruby Slipper in the Lakeview area. The French Quarter one had a huge waiting line but this one was a short wait and well worth it.

Our stay was ok. The apartment has old furniture and there are roaches coming out of master bath. The kitchen utensils are really low quality. The neighborhood is safe. Not very clean but decent.
