The dining area comfortably seats 6, while the living room, furnished with a new gray sofa that converts into a queen pull-out bed, offers a large flat-screen TV with WiFi and cable.
Step out onto the patio to enjoy views of the Gulf and breathtaking sunsets, or relax in Adirondack chairs.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bath with sleek slate tile.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to a full second bathroom.
Amenities include one assigned parking space, communal laundry on the same floor, and access to shopping carts. Siesta Key Village is a 10-12 minute walk or a short shuttle ride away, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Downtown Sarasota is a 20-minute drive.
