Long Weekend Ski Trip
Place was fine, like others have said you can hear EVERYTHING: the people above you, beside you, outside, everyone. If you are a light sleeper recommend staying somewhere else.

Sleepless in Breckenridge
Very uncomfortable primary bed, and unsleepable pull out. I actually slept on the floor because of how uncomfortable the pull out was. The creeks in the floor from the upstairs tenant's was also excessively loud that for any mediaum/light sleeper sleeping was extremely difficult. (You can literally here them roll over in bed). 3 stars because of the location.

Cozy but loud
We were in a blizzard and missed the first night. I asked for a refund due to weather and was told that unless someone else books that night i couldnt get one. Which is okay i didnt buy travelers insurance however it would have been nice for one night out of four nights to be refunded. We were on the bottom floor the upstairs people were insanely loud just by walking around. You can definitely hear everything they do up there. But the place was very clean the common area was beautiful. The hot tubs were nice except half the jetts werent working on both hot tubs.

Close to most everything
The room was indeed small but had most everything we needed. All the appliances worked well.I did hear that the fold out bed was a bit worse for wear and the linens should have been retired a while back. Maybe the best feature is the locator. Overall the staff seemed nice and the property worked for us. Thanks!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was okay. Location was good and helped to make up for the fact that the unit is noisy, you hear every minute sound from unit overhead and both sides. The bed was very hard and carpet is past time to be replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My last stay at the Park Meadows was in 1992, this is where we stayed in the summer and winter growing up. The property is just as I remembered it as a kid and now my kids get to enjoy it. We had a wonderful stay (7 days) and are planning our return trip for the coming summer. Would definitely recommend the Park Meadows to friends and relatives. Thank you Ski Country!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff were incredibly nice and tried their best. The property is in a wonderful location however the owners truly need to do some much needed updating. Specifically the beds are in very poor shape and the sofas are extremely worn. Many items like TV, lights and hair dryer were not operating properly. The staff was very attentive but band aids only go so far.

September 2017 Stay
Park meadows was the worst place we have stayed in through Ski Country. We LOVED Cimarron 108 and Columbine 108 but would not recommend Park Meadows. It was a tiny place that had the feel of staying in a motor home or trailer. We could hear every footstep of the neighbors upstairs and I could have sworn they were up there bowling at 8am. The room is super BRIGHT and there are no curtains to help with this. Some dark curtains could have really helped. We do love Ski Country and will use them again but hope that they don't ever recommend another condo such as this. The price was the same as the huge condo at Cimarron would have been had we booked that extra night we ended up needing a few months ago.

Small one room apartment. Walking distance to peak 9 lifts and bars. Very thin walls. If you are coming to Breckenridge to experience Breckenridge this location should be suitable.

Good value for a guys budget get away
Stayed for three nights with two friends so we could get some skiing in this year. The location is terrific with easy access to Main Street as well as the gondola or Village. We never used to the bus and just walked everywhere. We had three people in the unit but it is ideally set up for two. Either way, it's budget accommodations with excellent location and the hot tub area in the lobby with the fireplace are bonus extras. I'd recommend this unit mostly for a couple or younger kids but it also works for those of us in our early 40s

Why they chose this property

Boasting 300 days of Sunshine in Winter and Summer, Breckenridge is the perfect retreat all year round! This unique and charming town offers something most Ski Towns don't - A TOWN! Sure, we have a world renowned Ski Resort in our backyard... But we're so much more than that! Breckenridge is rich in history. Having started as a mining town in the late 1800s, Breckenridge has seen a lot more than just the transition from single seated chairlifts to Quad Super Chairs and Gondolas… You know that saying “If these walls could talk?” We’re sure that’s how every meticulously maintained building in our Downtown Historic District must feel. We, as locals, work hard to preserve the history and feel of this Victorian Style themed town and many of the buildings lining Main Street are originals from the old mining days. The Breckenridge locals are proud of their town’s past and eager to tell stories of its colorful history. We also encourage visitors to take part in one of the many historic tours that Breckenridge offers, either by foot or horse drawn carriage or sleigh. So come, experience for yourself the magical town of Breckenridge. Indulge in some of the best restaurants you have and ever will experience, take pleasure in strolling up and down Main Street and window shopping all of the rare and unique shops that it offers, join us for one of our crazy annual festivals – such as the zany Ullr Festival, where we give praise to the Nordic God of Snow in hopes that he will bless us with a snowy ski season. Oh, and while you’re here, get out there and explore our 5 peaks of 2,900+ acres of world renowned ski and rideable terrain!
