Nice and Cozy Place

Place was clean, check in and out was no problem. Not a big place but perfect for myself. Walking distance to downtown Breck and right around the corner from Parking for Breck Connect Gondola. Would stay again for sure.

Cute place

I was expecting it to be a little bigger. Great location! and the property managers were very prompt at answering my request to check in earlier for a nominal fee.

Great mountain retreat!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The amenities were nice with a free shuttle, hot tubs, pool table and lodge common area. The condo had a comfortable bed with nice linens, and a full kitchen. Being from Colorado, we know that many places do not have nor need A/C. We opened the windows and enjoyed the breeze and the sounds of the nearby creek and were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Small but sufficient; decent location; could be noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with my 14-yr old son for 6 days. First time staying in Breck so don't have anything to compare it to. Unit was as-advertised and everything worked as expected. Not luxurious but clean. Not large or much space to stretch out but it was all we needed. Very little room for luggage storage. Sofa bed was creaky and seemed to have standard sofa bed issues (I don't think I'd want to sleep on it) but my son said he was fine. It extends all-the-way to the small table under the TV, taking up all space in the room. Living Room TV was decent - large Roku TV. Bedroom TV was older / smaller but worked fine. Bedroom bed was fine. Walls are thin - could hear people speaking in common area on one side of unit (fortunately not a frequent occurrence) and people in unit on other side when showering, as well as creaking springs when they were vigorously using the bed. Property Manager provides ear plugs. Ski-in was easy and nice to have. No ski-out. Required a 10-15min walk to Snowflake lift or taking free bus to gondola or mountain base to start the day. 5-10min walk to Main St/Downtown was convenient. Ski storage locker outside unit was convenient, although you have to carry skis up/down stairs. Fully automated / text-based / no human contact (unless you contact them) for check-in / check-out process. All-in-all, the unit worked out fine for us and we didn't have any major issues / concerns.

Property was a huge disappointment

The only positive thing I can write about the property is its location. Its location allows for a quick walk to Main Street and about a fifteen minute walk to the village area. The property itself was disappointment. The walls are extremely thin and the unit has a common wall with the building's recreational area/common area. In this area other guests have parties, play loud music which is all great except if you are in your room and do not want to hear every noise. The fire alarm is located directly above the very small kitchen area. My wife and I set the alarm off every morning using the toaster. Absolutely no way you could use the stove top or any other part of the so-called kitchen and not set the alarm off. There supposedly is a free shuttle that can take you to town, however it is noted on their brochure "we are only a one-shuttle operation for 180 properties." My wife and I called three times to schedule a ride for the next day and never received a call back. My wife and I accumulated a small bag of trash in our unit and politely called the office to see if the cleaning crew could pick it up on their next trip. They replied with since our stay was only for three nights the cleaning crew would only provide us clean towels and would not do anything further in our unit. I guess 5 nights is required for them to help with a small trash bag in the kitchen. There were many more things within the unit that disappointed my wife and I. We will not be staying in this property again and definitely do not recommended it to any adult looking for a nice place to stay.

Nothing fancy, but good location to ski slopes and town

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: 1. Great location one block from bus stop that takes you to slopes. To peak 7 in less than 10 minutes. Can ski back on 4'oclock and walk 30 yards to property. Short walk to the town's shops and restaurants.2. Quick response to issues. Polite staff.3. Unit was very clean. Sparkling clean fridge and stove. Kuddos to cleaning staff.4. Unit had the basic necessities as described (dishwasher detergent, sponge, dish soap, a few rolls of toilet paper, 2 dish towels, paper towels, hot pads, coffee pot, toaster, nice stove, a couple of garbage bags, and the basics of a kitchen.5. 2 hot tubs that we did not use. Towels were provided.6. Pool table and ping pong table.7. Nice gas fire pit in common area. Our purpose for this trip was skiing as much as possible and the unit's location worked perfectly for us since we did not have to get in the car. We did not spend much time in the unit besides after skiing. The not so fabulous:1. Strong musty smell upon entering the unit. Then you become accustomed to it but it provoked some allergy symptoms. We contacted management about the problem and they came to look. Smoke smell on a different day. 2. Unit is comfortable for 2 people but would be tight for more. Very little storage. Just a dresser in bedroom. Only 2 chairs at kitchen table. It worked for us as a couple.3. The kitchen cabinets are new and nice but they put the top cabinets way too high and if you are short, you will only reach the bottom shelf of the top cabinet.4. The nightstands in bedroom were in rough shape. Dated bedroom furniture.5. The common area is a nice space but has extremely dated furniture. All the couches need replaced.6. The unit needs a broom. 7. Bed was soft and could be replaced.7. If you want to get there early or stay late, you have to pay. You will not be able to park your car there the day you get there before 4 pm and will have to be gone by

Close and Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was definitely the best part of this property. It's an older property but very clean and well maintained. We did have an incident with noise after quiet hours both nights we stayed, so use the ear plugs that are given to you when you arrive. But the unit itself was clean and nice, and again the location is super convenient to get to everything.

Property is in a good location, close to the shuttle and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Parking could be a problem as the lot was full when we first arrived but was able to find a spot later in the evening. The unit is very small, one pull out couch and a queen bed. A table but no room for chairs for dining.

Good value for being so close to skiing!

This property worked well for us, since we are a family of four with two small kids. Once the kids are older, it will be too small. The lodge concept is fun and we had family in another unit, so we could hang out together, but still have our own space.

Cozy but great

Small but we fit 4 ppl in ok Convenient and walkable Can ski home if sufficient snow Shuttles during normal hours. Only things I didn't like were that the front desk not on site, and only available parking for one car. But these were minor and they provided solutions for everything we needed Offsite parking for the 2nd car for $5 /night Would stay again
