Wonderful getaway
My boyfriend and I spent a couple nights here for a weekend getaway to celebrate our birthdays and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was very cute and cozy. Comfortable, clean, nice amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed the close location to the Sharc and village and didn’t find the train noise to be too bad though it does come in the middle of the night. The living room is comfortable and fairly well furnished. Bedrooms upstairs are a tight squeeze but functional.

Great Stay
we loved that we had enough room to park 22' pontoon in the driveway. The train tracks are 50' behind house, but the train didn't wake us. The hot tube and grill are excellent. If I could make one improvement would be central a/c

Comfortable
Clean & comfortable home. Easy/short driving access to the village and sharc. Hot tub was nice and clean. Train tacks are located right behind the house but trains didn't run often and didn't bother us. Overall, would stay again.

Bad bed and a busy train track.
Good house and close to Sharc. Horrible beds and the train passing by 3to5 times a day with at least once a night.

Run down but worked for our family
The house sleeps 8 but tightly. It is a little worn down but it worked for our family. Internet was spotty but the office was very responsive. Probably won't stay in this house again.

Woodsy and Plain
The picture of the living room is totally different than reality. Everything is brown now, carpet, sofa etc It's very simple and had few amenities such as alluminium foil, plastic bags, toaster, sheet pan for oven, coffee and filters for at least the first day. None of those things were there. The cleaners hadn't done a thorough job, but that's not the owners fault.

Stayed here over 4 th of July weekend. Overall not too bad. Bring your own bed linens as theirs are old and don't stay on the bed. Bathrooms weren't very clean. They need to give this place some TLC. Had a very musty smell. We did enjoy the hot tub. But not so much the trains that go by. Scared us to death the first nite. Sounded like s plane was crash landing in the bedrooms. Lol. Overall not bad. Will stay again.

Good location
Good location close to Fort Rock Park, Shark and the village. Pretty basic house and amenities. Ok for a family of 4 but would be really tight for 8.

Terrible Property & Management
We were terribly disappointed with both the house and Vacasa's response to our concerns. Some items but not all, would take 3 pages to list. Internet not functioning the entire time (multiple phone calls with no help from Vacasa) no access to washer / dryer, no pool towels, poor condition of kitchen items, bath fan not functioning, no deck furniture, sliding door won't latch, carpet filthy, DVD not working, key in lock box didn't work, disposal jammed with corn cob forks, and the list goes on. Stay away from this property!

It works
It’s fine, a little run down but, it’s ok for a Sunriver trip since you’ll be spending most of the time outside. The train isn’t that bad at all, it doesn’t blare there horn and Mai it comes by during the day.

Cute cozy place
Cute place! The hot tub was unfortunately so chlorinated and the water was a bit murky so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub tub. The fireplace was nice though. The mattresses could have been a lot more comfortable. Overall cute place but definitely disappointed about the hot tub

Winter retreat
We loved the how everyone had their own space! This little house had 4 bedrooms which was great for our group. We enjoyed keeping warm in the hot tub and the gas fireplace. We were able to walk to the village which was fun too! However the beds were really old, hard, and so uncomfortable.

Just what we needed
This place was perfectly suited for us...just enough space, everything we needed, and a great location. Not gonna lie, the train was loud, but kids slept through it every time. The pillows and mattresses would have been rough for a longer stay (really hard). Still, this was a tremendous value- far more than we expected for the price. The hot tub was new (ish) and very clean too. A great spot!

Great Little House - Awesome Customer Service
This quiet little house is small, but very nicely laid out to where it doesn't feel as small as it is. They were very friendly to work with and answered my questions prior to arrival as well as during my stay. There was a trash issue and they resolved it about 2 min after I texted them even though it was 10pm on a weekend! Super quick responses and very friendly. The couch is comfy and large, the TV is easy to use, they had a pretty stocked kitchen (although they were missing olive oil and foil, but lots of bowls, pans, cookware) and games. The train is LOUD and does go through at night. Light sleepers beware, or at least sleep in the downstairs bedroom as you hear it a lot less there (it went about 1-2 times each night we were there but only the guests who slept upstairs heard it). It's really close to the market and besides the occasional train, it's actually a really quiet house and neighborhood.

Cozy little house
This house was good for our family getaway between Christmas & New Years. We had 6 adults and 2 littles. It was a little crowded, but we made it work. The beds could use some updating. Train tracks are pretty close to the house, but the trains didn’t bother us. Our 2 year old grandson loved them!
