Cortijo Lagar de Luisa. "SAFE". Beautiful, quiet & green. A/C. Pool.Beach22 Km.

Cortijo Lagar de Luisa is a 10.000 m2 property with easy access, surrounded by avocado trees, vineyards, almond and olive groves. An ecological vegetable garden belongs to this farmstead situated on a quiet little valley with splendid views. The Cortijo although newly built (year 2000), has followed traditional construction techniques with thick walls, baked clay floors & wooden ceilings. Its architecture is perfectly integrated into the surroundings. It boasts a spacious dwelling with independent entrance. The house is fully furnished & comfortable, has a living room-cum-kitchen, a big bedroom & bath with shower. Air condition (hot-cold) in the living room, electric heating in bed- & bathroom. TV-microwave-hairdryer. The hot water system is working with solar energy. The little village of El Borge is 1.5 km from the Cortijo; the airport 50 km, Malaga 40 km & the beach 20 km. The German-Spanish owners live on the property & are always available for any help. Children are welcome.

All the year round we have herbs to pick up, a lot of vegetable like lettuce, tomatoes, pepper,onions,spinach........ grows in our garden and our fruit trees have fruits in every season. In spring we have 'nisperos' and plums, in summer grapes and figs and in the autumn the granade apples, khakis,mangos and almonds are ready for all our guests. From November onwards the avocados are ready to be picked up and from December onwards we have a lot of oranges and mandarines which are delicious.

For bird-watchers the best time of the year is spring, as a lot of birds come in winter and stay here until May.

Eine wirklich superschöne Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern ist überaus freundlich.

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft etwas abseits dafür aber sehr ruhig und erholsam.

Pedacito de cielo (A piece of sky)

We just stayed in the Cortijo Lagar de Luisa, 8 peaceful days. Everything was just right, the weather, the room, surroundings, their owners. Juan y Mario were super kind and lovely people. Brought fresh produce from their garden, all organic and incredibly tasty. When I cooked I went for rosemary, wild garlic, thyme & parsley from their lovely garden. We sometimes went out to eat to El Borge a la cantina de Paco, super friendly bar and to Los Bandoleros (great meat dishes). Visited Frigiliana (amazing white town) and Nerja with their lovely beaches. Also went to Granada (couldn't get into the Alhambra :( but walk the old town and saw an spectacular view of ii with the snowed mountains in the back. Ate amazing 'mariscos' in Velez Malaga (La gamba dorada) and enjoyed the Blue Moon sight on our last night. To finish off, the day we went to Nerja we were so lucky to see the San Isidro party (15 of May), loads of people dressed as Andalucians, dancing and singing in their way to la Cueva de Nerja. We loved so much our time in the Cortijo too, is so quiet and lovely we will be back. GRACIAS AMIGOS. You are super hosts. We'll be back Elena y David

rust en lekker weer

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en de gastheer en vrouw zijn uitermate gastvrij en behulpzaam. De afstand naar het strand is ongeveer een half uur rijden dus goed te doen. De omgeving van el Borge is rustig en in de nabijgelegen dorpjes is niet veel te doen. Het enige minpunt is dat in een nabijgelegen boerderij een aantal honden bijna continu aan het blaffen is.

super Unterkunft

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser genialen Unterkunft verbracht und es waren einfach klasse. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut authentisch. Die Vermietung scheint ihnen wirklich von ganzem Herzen Freude zu bereiten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und es gibt Alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Fenster sind mit FliegenGitter ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und sagen DANKE für alles.

Andalusien vom Feinsten!

Hallo liebe Familie Bierbrauer, wir haben Andalusien vom Feinsten erlebt. Der 1. Andalusien Urlaub und gleich ein Volltreffer. Völlig ausgepowered bei Ihnen gelandet und gleich volle Entspannung, in einem herrlichen Idyll, gefunden. Es ist einfach nur wunderschön auf Ihrer Finca. Erstklassige Unterkunft, liebevolle Betreuung während des Urlaubes, Wäsche- u. Handtuchservice hotellike - spitze!! Unsere, mitunter, abenteuerlichen Wanderungen in den Bergen und das abendliche Wohlfühlprogramm im Zentrum von El Borge bei "Paco" - für uns ein wahrer Genuss. Wir können diese Finca und die Gegend um El Borge allen, die Ruhe und Abstand vom stressigen Leben suchen, wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. A very special place and wonderful hosts.

Even before we arrived Traute and Juan Antonio were looking after us, with a very efficient booking process and all the information we needed, then tips for sightseeing during our stay. Then when we arrived, Juan Antonio was waiting for us, helped with our bags and instantly made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully laid out very clean and simply decorated, everything we needed was supplied...and more. The gardens were astonishing in the abundance of fresh Figs Limes Avocados Pomegranites, all within reach of our doorstep. Each day Traute brought us baskets of fruit and vegetables to eat, and Juan Antoinio really does get fresh bread from El Borge every morning. We happily spent whole days by the lovely pool and lolling about in the gardens, but Traute is so knowledgable about the area and tempted us to explore the region and we had some great adventures too. We were very sad to leave as it was a little oasis of peace and calm, and nothing could have improved our time there. We will definitely return, and it seems a very many people who stay there become 'family' and i can see why. Thankyou to all at the Cortijo for helping make it such a fantastic holiday.

A perfect refuge for peace and relaxation.

This was like a corner of heaven. The house was lovely: simple but with everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful little touches to greet us on arrival, fruit and vegetables from the garden, a decanter of local wine and the fresh bread delivered each morning. The owners were welcoming, thoughtful and so hospitable. It was so tranquil , we normally have a 'shopping list' of places to see on holiday, but Cortijo de Louisa soon worked it's magic on us so that we rarely wanted to stray too far. For anyone who longs for peace, beauty, birdsong and to be so discreetly looked after by Traute, Juan Antonio and their family, come here. . . . Heaven awaits!

Un endroit parfait !

Notre séjour à la Finca de Traute et Juan a été parfait sur toute la ligne. L'endroit est impeccable. Les appartements sont spacieux et le décor est charmant. Une attention est portée aux petits détails. Nos hôtes ont été plus que généreux, ils apprécient leurs visiteurs et ils sont chaleureux. I concur with everything that my wife as written above. One of the pleasure of the Finca is that although the three apt are attached, each has its own private space. This allows to enjoy time with your neighbours or spend some quiet time by yourself when you need it. The El Borge village closeby is very nice and worth visiting with its small streets and alleys, cafés, rest. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitations. La route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse, comme d'autres routes dans la région, on s'y habitue rapidement.

Un petit coin de paradis!

En contemplant les belles photos sur le site VRBO, nous avions de grandes attentes envers el Cortijo Lagar de Luisa. Nous avions donc hâte de voir si la réalité allait concorder et nous n'allions pas être déçus... Comme je l'ai dis à Juan, nos attentes ont été surpassées! Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un coin de paradis, de la tranquillité, en retrait des grands centres et du béton de la Costa del Sol, mais tout de même assez près des choses essentielles. Si vous appréciez les gens et savez reconnaître ceux qui sont sincères, authentiques et bons. Si vous aimez vous promenez dans un jardin, contempler les figuiers, oliviers, manguiers, avocatiers et vignes. Si vous recherchez un appartement confortable, grand, propre, avec tout le nécessaire, mais sans artifices et un style campagnard. Vous serez comblés par votre visite au el Cortijo Lagar de Luisa. Vous vous sentirez en visite chez des parents éloignés auprès de Juan et Traute. Et vous vous demanderez: Quand est-ce allons-nous revenir?

un coin de paradis

que du bonheur! un séjour enchanteur ,calme,sérénité,soleil ciel bleu azur et que dire de la gentillesse de nos hotes.l'appartement est confortable et typique.la petite piscine est un délice. nous sommes entourés de manguier et d'une nature authentique.A une quinzaine de kilomètres nous profitons des plages de Velez malaga . nous visitons les "pueblos blancos"et les quelques merveilles andalouses des environs! c'est notre 3 eme séjour en andalousie , nous sommes totalement accros a ces paysages son climat et la gaité de ces habitants. encore merci a Traute, et Juan Mario et sa famille pour se merveilleux séjour. a recommander vivement!

Geweldige sfeervol onderkomen op prachtige lokatie

We hebben genoten van de locatie, vooral omdat de sfeer van het huisje helemaal in stijl ingericht is. Alles was afgestemd om er een welkom en warm geheel van te maken. Iedere ochtend vers brood aan de deur en vaak ook fruit en heerlijke tomaten uit eigen tuin. Meerdere keren wordt er gevraagd of er nog wensen zijn, niets is teveel. Midden in de nacht aankomen en toch nog hartelijk ontvangen worden met de vraag of we nog wat willen eten. En de koelkast staat al gevuld klaar voor het eerste ontbijt de ochtend daarop. Vaak schoon beddengoed en handdoeken, en regelmatig wordt er gepoetst. De steile toegangsweg is even wennen, en de hondjes in de omgeving zijn soms wat overenthousiast. Een prachtige omgeving waar je helemaal kunt genieten van de bomen, fruit, uitzicht, en vooral de rust! Traute en Juan, bedankt voor de heerlijke tijd.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal Andalusien besucht und die Buchung bei Traute und Juan-Antonio in El Borge nicht bereut. Wir waren 2 Wochen da. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Häuser sind geräumig, sauber und mit viel Lieber im andalusischen Stil eingerichtet. Die bereits genannnten Vermieter haben uns herzlich mit Obst und Wein begrüßt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Traute und Juan-Antonio standen jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tips für die Ausflugsplanung zur Verfügung. Wann immer wir wollten, wurden wir mit frischem Gemüse und Kräutern aus dem von Mario liebevoll angelegten und gepflegten Garten kostenlos versorgt. Besonders die Ruhe in der Anlage haben wir genossen, wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen zurückkamen. Und durch die dicken Mauern und das gedämmte Dach waren auch die Nächte sehr angenehm, obwohl wir Hochsommer hatten, haben wir die ganze Zeit keine Klimaanlage gebraucht. Dass wir ein paar Kilometer bis zum Strand fahren mussten hat uns nicht gestört. Im Hinterland zu wohnen war viel schöner als in den Betten-Burgen in den Urlauber-Zentren. Wer Andalusien wirklich kennen lernen möchte, ist bei Traute und Juan-Antonio an der richtigen Adresse. Liebe Traute, lieber Juan-Antonio! Axarquia erleben

Als langjährige Besucher der Axarquia haben wir für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Mai wieder das Cortijo Lagar de Luisa als Feriendomizil gewählt. Die vielen positiven Aussagen über dieses herrliche Fleckchen Erde können wir nur immer wieder bestätigen. Jeder der Spanien, insbesondere Andalusien , kennenlernen möchte, findet hier die ideale Unterkunft und Ruhe. Abseits der Toristenpfade und relativ unbeeindruckt von der Eurokrise lassen sich auch nach vielen wiederkehrenden Besuchen immer wieder neue Dinge entdecken. Blumenvielfalt zwischen Orangen- und Avocados

So herrlich in der frischen Morgensonne lange frühstücken in einem kleinen Paradies mit sehr natürlicher Gestaltung. Auch am Sonntag angekommen haben wir uns mit Hilfe der ausgesprochen liebevollen Vermieter (eher Gastgeber) Traute und Juan gleich selber was zu Essen machen können und haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wenn wir wirklich mal dieses schöne Stück Erde verlassen wollten, so hat es uns in die kleinen weißen Bergdörfer gezogen mit einer prachtvollen Aussicht oder in die alt-andalusische Stadt Antequerra mit ihren vielen Kirchen, Palästen und dem malerischen Stadtbild oder in das der Stadt nahe gelegenen Sedimentsteingebirge El Torcal, ein wirkliches Naturwunder. Kulturell sind Traute und Juan sehr informiert, so dass interessante Konzerte oder Ausstellungen nicht verpasst werden brauchen. Wir haben uns trotz zweier Regentage sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen wollen. Edmund und Ines, Berlin

Wat een fantastische plek

Al enkele jaren komen wij op dit prachtige plekje in Spanje. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder gastvrij en hebben van hun cortijo een waar paradijsje gemaakt. Je kan er prima zelf koken want alles wat je nodig hebt is in de keuken aanwezig. En heerlijk, ieder ochtend versie broodjes aan de deurknop! De huisjes zijn heel schoon en handdoeken, theedoeken enzo hoef je niet mee te nemen. Zelfs aan handdoeken voor strand en zwembad is gedacht. En zit je rustig op je terrasje kan het maar zo zijn dat hun lieve labrador haar kop even om de hoek steekt. Het ligt heel rustig buiten het dorp en is een prima uitvalsplek om de wijde omgeving te verkennen. Traute en Juan kennen de omgeving goed en kunnen je veel leuke tips geven. Het is vooral geschikt als je een heerlijk rustige vakantiestek zoekt van waaruit je de drukte op kan zoeken. Met een half uurtje ben je aan het strand. We zijn er al verschillende malen geweest maar gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

Einfach ideal zum emspannen !!!

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Cortijo untergebracht. Die ganze Anlage ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail aufgebaut und wird von Traute & Juan ununterbrochen gepflegt. Das Cortijo liegt etwa 25 Min. von Malaga entfernt in den Bergen. Hier kann man die Ruhe geniesen. Es stehen insg. 4 Appartments zur Verfügung. Alle sind sehr gemüdlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. In der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts und sollte man doch einen speziellen Wunsch haben, dann wird dieser von Traute & Juan von den Lippen abgelesen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ohne Wenn & Aber weiterempflehlen.

Paradies auf Erden

Liebe Traute, lieber Juan-Antonio, Cortijo Lagar de Luisa ist für uns ein lebendiges Paradies, ein sinnlicher Ort für Körper, Seele und Auge. Wir haben unbeschreiblich viel Energie tanken können und werden immer gerne an diesen Urlaub zurückdenken. Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar, immer mit einem guten Tipp zur Seite stehend, aber immer im Hintergrund. Een heerlijk verblijf...

In het donker aangekomen, prima te doen. Wel moet je de laatste 200 meter een steil zand weggetje naar beneden, maar dit is geen probleem. Traute stond ons op te wachten. Het huisje was veel ruimer dan verwacht. Brandschoon en gezellig ingericht. Alles is aanwezig, tot aan het parasolletje toe die we mee mochten nemen naar het strand. De cortijo is mooi en naturel. Fruitbomen en amandelen mmmmm. Traute en Juan hebben ons verwend met groente en fruit, muscatel en op verzoek van ons vele tips voor de omgeving. Het ligt op 20 minuten van het strand. Perfect gewoon! Zwembad ook lekker en schoon. Je ziet dat alles met liefde wordt onderhouden. Traute en Juan zijn lieve gastvrije mensen. Wij gaan volgend jaar weer. Nance and Hester.
