Perfect Comfy Bungalow

All the TV’s are smart and if you have a Firestick or any game system they will work. We provide basic TV only but do provide wireless WiFi. This little house has all the amenities of a Home Away from Home. This comfortable 2 BR bungalow is located less than 2 miles from I-465 interstate. It's 1 mile south of Historic Ft. Harrison State Park and The Fort golf course. Three minutes from ITT, the IU Medical center, The Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA, and the Lawrence Soccer fields. About 10 minutes away Community North Hospital Campus. It's less than 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. It is 24 minutes to the International Airport. This house is a NON-SMOKING, vaping, cigar or any other substance in the home. However, there are plenty of areas outside to smoke. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. You have the complete home to use. Internet and basic TV. Desk space for work. There are two areas for guest to smoke outside only. There is a gas grill for your use along with a wood fire pit in the backyard for your use too. We just added a nice front porch deck area for your enjoyment too. The neighborhood is a quiet well established one. Some of the eating establishments and Micro Breweries are less than 5 minutes away. We provide a coffee Kurig machine for your convenience along with a variety of coffee choices and tea. We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine for your pleasure for our multiple nite reservations.
As previously stated. for the comfort and health of all of our guests, this is a
NO SMOKING home. If you are going to have a problem respecting that, please don't ask us for accommodations.

Easy, cozy stay!
This property was great to stay at! Communication was smooth and easy from check in to check out. The owners are easy to reach and provided some great recommendations. Quick 20-25 min ride to the airport and 15 min to the downtown area. Would stay here again!

Holiday shopping trip
My college roommate and I go on a Christmas shopping trip every year. This year we picked to go to Indy. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the home that we stayed in. We actually weren’t in the house very much since we were out shopping but everything was great in the time that we were there.

Staying at this property was super convenient, as we had family business in town and needed to travel to different areas within Indianapolis. We appreciated having a home base versus staying at a chain hotel. Made the trip more enjoyable.

Perfect for our stay
The house was very clean. Cathy was very helpful upon our arrival and her and Jim went above and beyond with the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised with that! This is perfect if you are wanting or needing to be close to the city but don’t want to be right in the city. The neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet. We would 100% stay here again.

Great stay in Indy
We love to stay here to visit our grandchild (and her parents!) who live in the Lawrence area of Indianapolis. It’s great to be able to spread out in our own bungalow just down the street from our daughter. The property has everything we need, including a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable; the ones in the other bedroom are a bit more firm (but those are fully adjustable as far as raising the head and feet, and using the massager).
