Almost every room in the condo has and ocean view with floor to ceiling glass windows, its just perfect.

Enjoy a cold beverage on the balcony while you sit and relax or enjoy the sunrise with your loved ones. The balcony is a perfect space to unwind and to entertain as well since its large enough!

This rental home is tastefully decorated and very cozy; you will feel right at home in no time. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has a very relaxing breezy feel. It has a complete bathroom with a walk in shower. You will love the lavish feel. Bedroom number two is furnished with a set of queen beds and has its own complete bathroom with a walk in shower too. It’s not only spacious but comfortable! Both rooms have breathtaking views! Bedroom number three has a set of twin beds and a complete bathroom with a tub. (Perfect for the tots!)

The living area has plenty of space for all the friends and family to gather comfortably. You will love coming back to your rental home after a fun day out on in the sun. The sofas are perfect to binge watch your favorite TV programs, a good game or to lay down streaming on the internet planning more fun trip activities. The social area in general is also great to entertain. The dining area is very inviting especially with that view! Enjoy making memories in the home away from home.

Love to cook? You will find the kitchen to be modern, spacious, and very equipped. It has everything you need, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and kitchen utensils such as pots, keurig coffee maker, pans and dishes. The kitchen breakfast bar area has 4 comfortable barstools for your enjoyment. In the utility room you will find front loaded washer and dryer as well so you will be all set.

Solare Tower is located in Bahia Mar, one of the island´s largest properties. You will enjoy every bit of it since it offers fun for everyone. Bahia Mar has shared amenities like tennis courts, walking trails, two over-sized pools with hot tubs, a playground for the tots and an amazing beach deck. It has very easy access to the beach and it feels very private and relaxing all the time.
The beautiful gardens make walking inside the property a real joy but even more joyful is to relax on the beach deck. You will love that spot! Head down to the beach and enjoy a long walk on the white sands or try some water activities!

•   Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•   Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.

Beautiful decor and great view. Where it went down in points was the the condition of all of the appliances and general wear and tear of the condo. Frig was leaking on floor, 1 toilet wasn't working and other was leaking out the base. Response was quick. Washer is moldy. No large fry pan only 2 egg size. No casserole dish, no baking pans. 2 fixtures in kitchen had light bulbs broken at the base in the socket. 2 light bulbs in 4 bulb fixtures in baths. What really made us upset was there were only 2 plastic chairs on the balcony for a 6-8 person condo. In the corner was a busted and rusted patio chair. contacted manager 3 times for more chairs but never received any. Beautiful view but only 2 could sit out there. We were there 2 weeks.

Family getaway

The property was very nice and beach access was easy. The condo could use some tender loving care. None of the bedroom tvs worked. The lights over the bar in the kitchen had no light bulbs making the kitchen area a little dark. Had our stay been longer we would have addressed them immediately. Anyone that I spoke with at the rental company were very kind and helpful. But we did find out that if we needed supplies we needed to call early in the day.

So much potential

This unit has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!! Unfortunately, the lack of “love” is evident. This unit has such a gorgeous view!!!! We couldn’t get enough of it!! The reason that we “accuracy of listing” was only 3 stars is because it is listed to accommodate 8 people….there may be places for 8 people to sleep

Very disappointed With the unit ithe master bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower and mold on the bottom of the shower. The second bathroom was very old smokey. Smelling the linens had stains on the master bedroom. Television did not work and when asked. To have someone come and fix it, they never did. The overall unit needed painting. Them it was more like just say that Mary's dirty wall s*** rock that needed painting with many marks and random things smeared on the walls. Extremely dated unclean and very disappointed

The beach views are beautiful. The unit itself is spacious and was ample room for our family vacation. Definitely need a better cleaning services though.

The condo was everything as advertised. Could have used a few more pans to cook on as we did a lot of cooking. The properties security guards or whatever they were were very helpful and polite with the exception of one. We were asked to turn down a speaker we had by the pool around 8:45 PM or so. He told my son in law to turn it down or he would turn it down himself. My son in law took offense to that and a small disagreement happened. I stepped in kep it from escalating. There was no need for that kind of attitude from him. I would have understood if we had been told several times to turn it down but it was only the first time we were asked. Other then that everything was perfect and everyone else was very friendly and helpful.

Not the best

We travel a couple of times a year and have stayed in several rental properties from Myrtle Beach to Florida to Gulf Shores to Hawaii. Unit was ok but lacked several things that I guess are the difference between being owned by a company versus an individual. Have never stayed in a beachfront location that didn’t have beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc in the unit for personal use. We had to rent or buy them. Coffee maker with no filters or coffee. No paper plates or plastic cups because you can’t take glass to the pools. Washer/dryer with no detergent or fabric softener. One extra garbage bag in kitchen. Just the little things that you don’t expect to bring with you or have to go buy. Mattresses in the bedrooms were not comfortable. Master toilet had a leak because it would run every 15 minutes. Toilet paper must have been the dollar store brand. The strip of beach by the complex was either flat or had tire tracks, not your typical fluffy sandy beach. Would not go back for sure.

Great property. Showers could be cleaner, outside part of hvac is rusted, washing machine moldy and definitely need curtains/sunscreen in the living area. Location cant be beat!

Our second stay in this condo! We love it. Few suggestions. Better cook wear…pots,pans, skillets. Currently old and too small. Need replacement mattresses in room with double beds. They are truly horrible. Sleep was minimal. Unfortunately, it is a deal breaker for us if not replaced.

Pretty good

Room was gorgeous and so was the resort. Check in and out was super simple and overall our stay was great. Only thing I would change is being able to have grill access. You have to pay to rent a gas grill for $45-$50 for one meal, which to me, is outrageous. Also, the tower is much further from the beach than we had hoped. The view is beautiful, but you can hardly hear the ocean and it’s a 5 min walk to the beach through the resort. If you don’t mind the walking, it’s a perfect place though! Just be sure to bring a wagon to haul all of your beach gear.

Nice property

It's a nice property with great pools and amenities. We did think the price was a little too high with the quality of the actual unit. The beds were firm and not comfortable, sheets were rough and felt old. The place didn't seem clean. The location is further out so not very walk-friendly to local restaurants or stores. We probably will end up renting a house next time for the convenience of being closer to the beach and walking to the places.

Overall stay

Did not like the fact that our 3rd vehicle had to pay $75 for parking. Lighting in kitchen needs to be upgraded, too dark. Hot tub was always filled with teenage kids, didn’t get chance to get in with adults. Didn’t have any throw blankets for couch or extra blankets for people sleeping in couch if necessary. Too far away for us. Overall it was a good stay but probably won’t stay there again.

Worse vacation ever

First unit could not use one bathroom at all. Moved to a second unit that was not clean. Then moved to a third unit. Third unit was not ocean front in fact faced another building. For three days from noon till 5pm was construction next door. This was not a little noise it was so loud we were unable to be in our unit during this time. Talked to the property and building manager regarding these issues. We were refunded 300 dollars. This amount was an insult considering the 3 days of pounding and the mess with the units. When checking in we were not told about the bathroom until I called for some hangers. At that time, we were unpacked…groceries and all. Communication should have been better. This was a waste of our first afternoon/evening. This is the worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. You should not have this building or property management company on your site. I would love to talk to someone about this trip.

Pictures of the unit and property are wildly outdated. One bathroom was wrecked with a tub that was ready to give way, towel racks busted off the walls, dirt in the showers and tub. Busted dresser handles and lamps. The pics of the unit appear to have been taken when it was newly renovated but it has seen better days.

One of the bedroom's bathtub was broken and we were told it will be fixed soon, but never got fixed during our 5 day stay. Room service was poor and we didn't even get an extra roll of paper towels. Hardly any communication from property during entire stay as well as regarding the broken bath tub during our stay. We did not have a good experience
