About this property

Great Condo with Views of Deer Valley & Surrounding Mountains

Located between the Deer Valley Ski Resort and Jordanelle Lake. The condo is adjacent to open space and all windows provide views of either the Deer Valley ski mountain or neighboring mountains. If you like to snow ski, water ski, golf, fish, hike, bike or simply relax, this is the place for you.

Make yourself at home in this comfortably furnished condo. Enjoy the wall mounted 55" flat screen smart TV with sound system, DVD WITH Amazon fire stick and Alexa. The living room also features a gas fireplace & sliding door to the covered balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with 2 bar stools. Stainless appliances featuring a french door refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are ample amounts of dishes, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, small appliances and spices.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed with both down and silk comforters, quality cotton linens and wall mounted tv. The master bath has been remodeled with tile floor, granite counter and a custom sized tile shower with Euro Glass door and glass panel.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed, each offering both a down and silk comforter. A wall mounted tv easily viewed from either bed. Each bedroom is carpeted.

The condo is located only steps away from the heated swimming pool (open seasonally), hot tub, fitness center and entertainment room. The entertainment room features a pool table, ping pong table and a big screen TV. The fitness center offers treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, weights & TV. There is also a fenced basketball court/ pickle ball court with an adjacent picnic area with charcoal BBQ, and a children’s play area.

From December 01 through March 30 short term rentals only. Monthly rentals and short term rentals from April 01 through November 30.

No smoking in condo, condo balcony, inside condo building and garage.

Loved the condo and its proximity to Deer Valley
This is our 3rd time staying in this condo development - 1st time in this condo - and we very much enjoyed our week here (the snow we got was a bonus!). The condo had everything we needed, the hot tub was close by and relaxing, and it was just a short drive up to the parking lot at the gondola. Our son drove over from CO to ski with us on Saturday, with a friend, and even with extra bodies that one night, it still seemed spacious and comfortable. We'd stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful. Clean, well appointed, spacious, easy access to Heber City, Park City and Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. Suzy was very responsive and kind, we will definitely be coming back for another stay as soon as we can!

Suze and John have a great condo. Super clean, beautiful views and excellent communication. Top floor of a two story building that was quiet the entire month we were there. Garage parking is enclosed, under the building and a plus in snow. We travel often and this is absolutely a great condo for a short or a longer stay and you'll find that Suze is friendly and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

We arrived during an epic snow storm. Access was hindered with 2-3 feet of snow. Suzy stayed in contact, despite our 2am arrival. The rental was super clean, kitchen was very well appointed and views were spectacular. We had a minor issue with heat that was addressed right away. Loved the garage, kept our rental truck and ski gear in bed of truck during our stay. Easy drive to Heber and Park City. Perfect rental for me, my daughter and my GF. Perfect Ski location
This place was just as described and perfect for a long ski weekend. The quiet location next to Jordnelle is perfect. Best thing is all the great places to eat in nearby Midway.

Location was misleading
Everything about the property was great & as expected! We’re we’re just misled by the location & it’s proximity to the ski resorts . On the listing I’d reads that snowbird, Alta, solitude are alll within 10 Mi. Bit it’s more like 1 hr. Away in the winter because they close some of the roads.

Great Place - Great Location
Great condo located within a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Park City entrance or The Canyons entrance. Less than 5 to the gondola to Deer Valley. It also keeps you out of the traffic jams that can happen during certain hours down towards the bases. Tip - Go to the Canyons side each day. Comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, TV has all the channels, steps from the pool and hot tub unlike some of the other units and a great view of Deer Valley out the kitchen window. We loved the light switch to turn of the fireplace. The owner gives you all the info you need and gives detailed instructions on everything you need to know. If you are going skiing and are not Bill Gates to afford staying at the base, this is your place. LOL Wish I would have stayed there last year and will stay there my next visit.
