The spacious living and dining areas both overlook the emerald green waters and sugar white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking for a beachfront vacation condo with all the extras and luxuries of home, this is the one for you!

This unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs in all rooms, cable, internet, wifi, and a private balcony for you to relax while enjoying your morning coffee or while taking in the spectacular sunsets. Free daily beach chair service for two is also included! Additionally, enjoy your RESERVED covered parking spot in garage located directly beneath the condo building - no street crossovers.

Celadon Beach Resort is a first class resort. It features incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the most desirable west end of Panama City Beach. There are two pools (one beach side and one indoor/outdoor heated), two hot tubs, tennis court, pickleball court, fitness center, clubhouse with full kitchen (available to rent for special events or meetings) , 2 picnic & grilling areas, and covered garage parking. On the beach you will find jet skis, parasailing, kayaks, etc., or book a deep sea fishing trip, dolphin tour, or trip to Shell Island from our full service beach hut. We are near to golf, diving, sailing, fishing, and more.

Celadon Beach is only 3 miles from the popular Pier Park and City Pier, featuring Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville - it's 5 o'clock somewhere!! You'll also find many other wonderful restaurants such as: the Hook'd, Back Porch, Pompano Joe's, and Dick's Last Resort, just to name a few. You'll also find plenty of entertainment for all ages at the Skywheel at Pier Park, which includes a ropes course, mini golf and much more. Pier Park also hosts many local art and souvenir shops, snacks, and a 16-screen movie & IMAX theatre. And, there's plenty of nightlife, too. Grab a cool one and dance the night away at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge or enjoy The Royal Escape Room or a round of Axe Throwing. During the summer, you can also enjoy free concerts for the whole family. Lots of fun for all, with plenty of parking, and only 3 miles east of Celadon Beach. Definitely worth a visit during your stay!

Excellent Stay
My husband and I just came from staying at this property for my birthday/our anniversary. We had mentioned to the owner, Rick, the week before that we were coming for our anniversary. Imagine our surprise when we checked in and found a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a delicious cake in the refrigerator waiting for us! It was so nice of them! The owners are extremely kind and offer great communication to make your stay the best it can be. The condo itself is very nice with beautiful Gulf views from the balcony. We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was as pictured Everything I needed was there. Beach chair service was a bonus. The reserved parking space was a double bonus. Love the quieter west end. Views from the 22nd floor was spectacular. No wait at all for the elevators. Rick was an exceptional host. Communication was excellent. He even called and stopped by to say hello. Would definitely return.

Best spot in PCB! West side is the absolute best side!
This was our second stay at this property, and both times have been amazing! Rick and his wife, the property owners, offer early check in when possible and help you get your vacation underway as soon as they can! Super communication! ! The condo itself is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The location is incredible as it’s actually the last condo on West PCB so it’s not as crowded. Still convenient to many restaurants, the Carosel Grocery, & Pier Park. Also six miles from the popular 30A if you wanted to check that out one day! Fast elevators and friendly staff! YOU SHOULD STAY HERE!:) Thanks from Nashville!

Celadon Beach Paradise
This was the perfect stay for us. The amenities were spot on. Close enough to everything but far enough away. Very laid back without the hustle and bustle. The condo met all of our wants and needs and Rick is a very gracious host. Very clean when we arrived. You can tell they take pride in ownership and want their guest to have the best experience possible.

Great condo with an amazing view
We were in PCB for a softball tournament and enjoyed our stay at this condo. For a family of four and the sports events that were starting in the morning, this condo gave us the space we needed to get ready. We would enjoy our coffee in the morning looking out over the gulf and a drink on the patio in the evening. The beach was very well kept clean and great for walks and hanging out. We didn't get to use the beach chair service as much due to our schedule but we watched them set it up every morning. The host was great and friendly. He checked in on us to make sure we got settled in okay, checked on us during our visit and gave us the greatest suggestions on where to eat. Runaway Island was the best. He was very accommodating on our checking in and out process.

Great Condo
Rick is an amazing person to rent from. The condo was clean and felt like home for a week. Rick definitely takes time to make sure you are comfortable and everything is perfect. The view is one of the best. We seen dolphins, sting rays and manatees just about every morning. Definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this property! The view was amazing! The view was amazing ! The view was amazing!! The cleanliness was spot on and the easy communication with the landlord was refreshing and stress free ! Wouldn’t change anything other than us retiring and never leaving ! Rick is the best and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is seamless and relaxing. We definitely will be back as soon as possible! Oh, did I mention the sunset is breathtaking ♥️and I will say again the view was amazing! The parking spot alone was worth renting this unit !!

Awesome Beachfront Condo!!
My mom and I came for a girls trip and had the BEST time! Rick the owner went above and beyond as a host. The condo was just like the listing says and the view is amazing! So many good restaurants nearby. I loved having a parking place under the condo, near the elevator entrance. We didn’t have to worry about buying chairs and an umbrella, they provide that with your stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks Rick so much for being a wonderful host!

Panama Beach Stay
We had a wonderful time. The views are spectacular. I have never seen such clear water and white beach. The condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. We met Rick the owner, he walked us through everything and answered all our questions. We have been using VRBO for years and this was the first time we met the owner. Beachfront delight
The 22nd-floor location of this Condo provided excellent views of the Gulf with the added value of Sunsets. The location of the Beach is slightly Southeast providing direct sun all day. The Condo was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The king size bed in the master was comfortably firm. Rick the owner was extremely responsive to any of my calls or text messages, he was very friendly as well. Being on the 22nd floor the effiency of the elevators is critical. the three elevators serving the Resort were very fast and efficient, Rick indicated they were brand new. The parking spot under the building was super close to elevators and the Beach. We preferred our own Beach chairs and this parking spot made bringing them to the Beach super easy. The Beach has excellent sand and you can walk forever in either direction. Highly recommend this property, we had a great stay.

We had an excellent stay in Rick’s condo. He was an amazing host , super attentive .Rick made us feel very comfortable and at home . The condo was spotless and well equipped . We enjoyed our balcony time watching the sunset . We really enjoyed the beach and the local neighbourhood. Our experience was definitely a ten star .
