The interior of this home is tastefully decorated, boasting an open and airy ambiance thanks to its vaulted ceilings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or host gatherings with new acquaintances. The living room offers ample comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a private slider leading to the lanai and pool. Each guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.
Start your day on the covered lanai with a cup of coffee and the Daily Sun, or unwind in the evening with a good book and a cold drink. Ample outdoor furniture is available.

Awesome Location

This home is very convenient to Lake Sumter Landing/grocery store/club house etc…. The little pool was perfect for evening swims and the golf cart was used daily and made getting around super easy.

Wonderful vacation property

Our original booking was canceled at the last minute and these owners were willing to rent their beautiful home to us on short notice. The home was very comfortable, well appointed and the location was ideal. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in the Villages

We loved this villa in the villages. It was nicely decorated with fun tropical theme is. The location was a deal. It has a nice gas grill and a beautiful pool. It was perfect for our family visiting grandparents in the villages. We will be back

Great Home to Rent! Loved it!

Our rental property on Statesburg was everything we expected and more. The home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The lanai and pool were a wonderful addition. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great, literally minutes away from Sumter Landing, and Spanish Springs. Our stay was delightful and we thank the owners for opening their home to two Michigan travelers. We give the rental on Statesburg a 10.

Family Christmas gathering

We appreciated so much about this property. It was easy to find and in a central location in The Villages. The house was clean and very well equipped for cooking some delicious holiday meals. Unfortunately, our grandsons were able to enjoy the pool only once because it was unseasonably cold in Florida. Thank you for sharing your Villages home with us!

Excellent Property

Home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. From kitchen items, to linens, to pool floats, and the golf cart,.. the homeowners truly spared no detail. Pool was relaxing and warm. Pool temp stayed around 94 degrees even with rain every day. The gas powered golf cart was very much appreciated. Location of the home was perfect. The closest landing is Lake Sumpter but we visited the others using the golf cart as well.

We were very disappointed with the booking company, Re/Max Premier Realty that we booked through, they were very, very unprofessional. Our main concern was their lack of communication by not answering our questions one we had immediately arriving at the villa. I would definitely book this villa again but only if we could use another booking agency.

Wonderful summer retreat.

Close to everything- Lake Sumter Town Square

Property is cute. Back patio/pool area is very private. We spent most of our time out back. Very close golf cart ride to everything! The golf cart that is for your use is great! The only negative thing I can say is you pay a good amount for a cleaning fee and it wasn’t that clean at all. Within 10 minutes of arriving, our feet were very dirty because floors were filthy. Cupboards show the dirt not cleaned. I didn’t want to say anything negative because we really enjoyed this home and location. But I thought I should be honest for future customers
