Enjoy your next vacation at this beautiful Eagle Ridge Condo in Intervale, NH with beautiful mountain view. This first floor well equipped condo includes "Cuddl Duds" sheets and plush towels and will comfortably sleep 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The wonderful open concept design makes it easy for guests to enjoy each others company while cooking or watching TV. The kitchen includes all the basic essentials as well as a dishwasher and beautiful granite counter tops. All three bedrooms offer ample space and include; a bedroom with twin bed and double bed, bedroom with queen bed and master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. There is also a second full bath off the living room. Relax and unwind on the back porch and take in the beautiful mountain view. In the evening, look for shooting stars and constellations, the view of the night sky in the mountains is nothing short of amazing! The association offers a great in-ground pool and tennis court, both of which are available for guest use.

This condo has a great location for any season, close to skiing and snowboarding, minutes from North Conway, amazing hiking and biking trails, Story Land and so much more!

Great Weekend Getaway

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property (see previous review from February of 2023). Everything was as advertised and the accommodations were excellent. Great Location and very spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Ridge Condos. Great location and easy to N Conway, Bartlett, and Jackson areas. Condo was very clean with everything you could want or need. Beautiful view of the mountains from the back deck. Residents were friendly. The check in process was a bit inconvenient having to go to the R.E. office to get key and make arrangements if outside of office hours. We would rent this unit again.

A Wonderful Vacation

We just returned from a week at this beautiful condo, we had a fantastic stay. The condo is spacious, clean and modern. It has all you need to a stay, plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable places to relax. The condo development is so quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool and tennis courts are a fun bonus. Courtney at Select Real Estate was a pleasure to work with, everything went very smoothly. We will definitely return to this unit.

Pretty Much Perfect

Clean, tidy, comfortable, a well stocked kitchen and felt like home....pretty much perfect! Courtney at Select Real Estate made the check in/out process super easy (and way more fun than it should have been!). The condo itself is clearly loved and cared for by its owners - everything you need is right there at your finger tips. Location is perfect, pool was refreshing and the back porch was perfect for our morning coffee and evening sitting sessions. The Welcome book was a nice touch - everything you need to make your stay even better is in there. Truly appreciated the kitchen was stocked with everything from basic spices to containers to pack our on the go lunches in. The grill was made available to us and was easy to use. The living room was cozy on the rainy days and the comfy beds made for a good night's sleep! Thank you for sharing your home - we'll be back next summer!!

Comfortable Hilltop Condo w/Great Views & Access to N. Conway

A very well-appointed and cozy condo within a small, hilltop community that is minutes from Cranmore and North Conway. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed or stay. Ideal for a single family (3 bedrooms, 4 beds) with good-sized shared space. Management company was communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again the next time we are in town. Very much recommend this property.

Excellent location

We enjoyed the stay and the unit was well stocked with utensils, pots pans and several fans Our only concern which will hold us back from ever returning is the lost car pass policy. Unfree lost a pass. Several owners we spoke with at the pool stated they did not agree with using passies never mind the 100.00 fee for replacement. We did not see any security or parking enforcement. I think a 100.00 lost fee for a piece of paper is excessive

Family vacation in the White Mountains

This was a perfect spot for an end-of-summer family vacation with our 3 kids (2-9). Beautiful views, lots of open space, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Close to everything in North Conway and lots of great hiking options nearby. We had a few days of very hot weather (90+) and found the condo perfectly comfortable for sleeping with fans and open windows. We cooked in a lot and really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Overall, this was a fantastic spot for a wonderful family getaway and we are grateful for the memories we made at Eagle's Nest!

Terrific views, great location close to hiking and to North Conwa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Eagle's Nest on Eagle Ridge, Intervale unit G59. The view is wonderful! The Bartlett Mountain Trail hike we took right from the complex was splendid. The gas fireplace made the evenings cozy without the mess. They did provide linens, towels, blankets and pillows but it was confusing because the agreement stated they would not provide them. I found out they would be available because I called Select Real Estate to clarify. I cleaned the unit very well prior to our departure and found a lot of dirt and stuff that had been dropped behind the beds and dressers by other people so it was clear the cleaners do poor job sweeping those areas. There was a bottle cap on the porch. Other than those things the unit was clean. They could use more plugs with USB ports. The area is lovely and the conveniences of North Conway are close by. We had a terrific time and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
