LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!- Our town-home is situated in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this... From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrow-land. Save $30/$60 Disney Parking per day.

During your stay with us, our home becomes your home, and we want to ensure your experience is truly memorable. We do our level best to provide impeccable service and amenities so you can focus your attention on family, friends, and fun while on your holiday!

1. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! - you just can't stay any closer to the Disney from our home. Later in the day, walk back for a homemade lunch; even treat yourself to a refreshing nap before heading back out for the evening.
2. Free 2 car parking - compare Disneyland parking for two cars at $60 per day vs. Our town home that includes a private 1 car garage and 1 assigned parking spot for free!
3.FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN- with dishes, cups, cookware, bake ware, cold filtered ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, blender and much more
4. SAFETY and CHILD PROOFING - Safety and security is VERY important! Two child safety gates on-site and wall mounted TV's are locked securely to metal frames on studs and a lot of more.

Very clean and close to Disneyland. Lots of little touches that were great for a family

This apartment was an easy walk to downtown disney. Very clean and well set up for travelling with a family with young children aged 8, 6 and 1. They even provided a folder with maps and tips for supermarkets etc. A fantastic experience thanks very much!

Easy Disney Experience

Someone wants to go home to eat...they take a short walk. Someone wants to stay for fire works and then go home...they take a short walk. Someone wants to stay to close...they take a short walk. Perfect location, no lineup to park and no hefty parking fees!!!!! Home Cooking!!!!

Great place to stay

This Vrbo property near Disneyland was fantastic. It offered ample space for our family of six, and the kids adored the bunk beds. The highlight was its proximity to Disneyland—just a 15-minute walk to the main gates or a quick 5-minute walk to the tram. While the pool was chilly and required extra supervision for younger kids due to its depth, overall, it's an excellent choice for a Disney vacation.

Spring break

The condo was perfect for our trip to Disney and Universal. Easy walk to Disney and the drive to Universal was about 1.5 hrs, depending on traffic. We never could locate the parking space (we arrived in the dark) but we parked in the garage which was easy to find, so it wasn’t an issue. The listing photos are exactly what you’ll find. Everything was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect place to settle in while we explored Disney. It’s walking distance to the parks and downtown Disney so that was awesome. Parking is infused. The place itself is really cute and clean with all the amenities a family could need. The pool was a hit with the kids and gave us the perfect place to go during our non Disney days. The complex is currently undergoing exterior renovations and will look really cute when done (the one across from us was already complete). In the meantime however the disruption was minimal and will only add to the charm of this ideal rental. I really can’t say enough about how perfect this place was for our visit to Disney!

Fun Disney Trip

This is a well-loved condo and a good, affordable option for families heading to Disneyland—the location is so convenient to the parks and Downtown Disney. Our kids loved the bunk beds and tv in their room. The condo exterior was still under renovation during our February visit, but, while it wasn’t pretty, it didn’t significantly impact our stay. Hopefully the work will be completed soon as the buildings in the complex with the new siding look great! Gina is a great host and communicator.

Well stopped and great location for Anaheim trip

This property was as described and we found everything we needed. It was great to be able to walk right across the road and be in downtown Disney in less than 10 minutes. We did travel to other places in the state so we did get a rental car to do that but if you were just there for Disneyland, you would not even need a car. We had groceries delivered, and that was not a problem, even though they sat on the doorstep For several hours before we arrived. My husband and I did use the hot tub one night it was huge and private. No one else was there. The pools are very nice but they are not heated so we were unable to use them in January but I’m sure they are lots of fun in the summer. Gina was very responsive to all my questions before arriving. The only issue we had was trying to find the trash dumpsters. They’re pretty far away from the actual unit but my husband did eventually find them. We enjoyed the little patio outside quite a bit. The unit was undergoing exterior renovations, so it looked pretty bad from the outside but this did not affect our stay at all and I’m sure the finished product will be very nice . We only brought one stroller on the plane from Atlanta for my three-year-old and my six-year-old really needed a stroller also for Disneyland, so it was really nice that there was a top-of-the-line city Select stroller available at the unit for our use.

Homey and great location

The property is across the street from a Disneyland entrance. The home had everything we needed to feel at home. Although under exterior renovation, it was relatively easy to find and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries about construction hours. Once inside, the home has everything we need, including a nice folder of restaurant, grocery and local activities (non-Disney) recommendations.There are even toys and books for the little ones 😁

Disneyland and Southern CA vacation

We were so impressed with the property. It really matched the description well. It was just a very short walk to Disneyland so we also saved quite a bit on parking. Gina was also wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

Disneyland vacation

The townhouse was well stocked and and cutely decorated. It had everything we needed and then some with lots of toys for the kids. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The location couldn’t get any closer to Disney and was easily walkable. Thank you Gina for a great stay. Megan and family

A clean and perfectly located condo for Disney

We had a wonderful stay, walking distance to both Disney parks, great pool and loads of places to eat and visit locally and only an 8 minute drive to the outlets. My only criticism would be the lack of any cupboards / draws in bedrooms, other than that it was perfect. Thank you Gina and Alex

Perfect Disney Vacation

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay for a Disneyland trip. The condo is very clean and very thoughtfully stocked and appointed. I especially appreciated all the toys, books, and pool floaties available for the kids. It is located in a condo complex with a very nice pool and playground available for guest use. Disneyland is an easy walk, about 15-25 minutes to the park entrance, depending on how fast you are walking and whether you walk down to the crosswalk or just cross right at the condo complex entrance. It was perfect for our family, and we will definitely return here for our next trip to Disneyland.

Nice place

Had a few bumps w t.v. & internet but it gotted worked out quickly. The only thing missing was another chair or small couch to sit on downstairs. There is 1 couch and for 3 people it wasn't comfortable for all.

Perfect location!

The property host was wonderful! The condo was located perfectly for our week long Disneg trip. A quick walk to the trams or Downtown Disney to catch the monorail. (We did both!) We were pleased with our stay.

Comfortable and convenient

It was so nice to be close to DL, but have much more space and conveniences than a hotel room! Getting to the park was quick and easy with the nearby tram and the property was well stocked and clean. Thank you for making our holiday more enjoyable!

Perfect for Families

This property was absolutely perfect for a family vacation to Disneyland. A short 5 minute walk to the free tram which takes you straight to the front gates or a 15 minute walk to the front gates from our doorstep. Plenty of amenities throughout the property made it feel very much like home and we’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location

The location is excellent for walking to Disney and t coming back for a break. It worked well for a family of 5. The pictures show the place to look new and nicely decorated. However, the place is a bit dated and the kitchen equipment and towels could use an update. The pool was nice to have for a change of pace.

Great Location

Location was perfect for our week at the Disney parks! Car rental was a nightmare and they had no vehicles despite having reserved one months ago so we just took an Uber to the condo (only $50 from LAX) and then walked to the parks daily. Strollers are in great condition and good quality ones! Outside of the buildings are in need of refurbishment BUT the HOA is doing that and the building that had already been done looked great. Condo was clean and most well stocked VRBO we have ever been at. Gina was wonderful with giving all the information before our arrival so we didn’t need to contact her at all during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.
