Gloria Jean's II, a 1 bedrm 1 bth condo unit: well equiped, newly furnished with quality bedding, in need of exceptional tenants.

The unit is a little over 700 sq ft and has been arranged to sleep six comfortably: sleeping arrangements include 1 King bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa and 1 Queen air-mattress.

Kitchen is adequatley equipped for meal preparations as with any fully functioning home with appliances and new cookware.
Also included is washer and dryer for laundry, iron & board, and hair dryer.
There is an unobtrusive security camera at the front entrance. Camera not intended to comprise privacy or comfort, directed at front door only.

Condo unit is perfectly located a short walking distance to NRG Stadium (12min) and a short drive to Medical Center(10min).

Awesome Stay

I love this place! I feel at home! It was equipped with everything I needed. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Let's not forget the bed will hold you hostage!!! It is extremely comfortable. Great place to stay, walking distance to NRG and minutes away from Houston Medical Center. Definitely a neutral location.

Good value

The location is conveniently close to the 610 highway. Nice clean unit, although in a poorly maintained complex, albeit quite secure. Functional small kitchen.

Comfortable apartment close MD Anderson

We weren't to excited about the complex itself but the apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and there was a TV in both the bed room and living room, which seems to be hard to find. There is a coffee maker but not for Kurig so make sure you buy regular coffee. I was very quiet during our stay and Gant was very responsive.

Convenient and comfortable

The unit is in a gated complex, and while it is an older complex, the unit is very nice and comfortable and well kept. The furniture looks new and the bed is very comfortable as well. The location is perfect for walking to the NRG Park. We went to Houston for the livestock show and rodeo, and walked to the location. It is only a few blocks. Also, the complex and area are very quiet, we were not disturbed by anyone or anything. The manager was also very quick to respond with any questions and very easy to work with. Thanks again for everything Gant and we look forward to staying again next year!

Clean, comfortable apartment right next to NRG Stadium; otherwise somewhat out of the way

Recently redone and very comfortable apartment in an otherwise well-worn and surprisingly quiet building. This is a great space for 2. It has been very nicely redone with very comfortable furnishings. The smart TVs have a lot of options but no live TV connection. If you are coming for an event at NRG Stadium, there is no better location. It is practically next door. However, all the other attractions in the city require a drive. If staying in and relaxing is your idea of a good time, this is a great choice for you.

Great find in Houston

We stayed here while in Houston for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, it was wonderfully located within an easy walk to NRG facility. It had been recently renovated and even though in an apartment type place there was no noise from outside or neighbors. Gated parking once you retreived the key fob from the unit. Gant was our contact and was very helpful with check in before arrival. Was a pleasure staying there.

Although the outside of the condo complex is a bit run down the condo itself was very nice.

The condo was bright and very nicely furnished. Owner and the young lady, Sheena, who met us at the condo were very helpful and kind. . Very comfortable bed. Good location, close to NRG. Nicely equipped kitchen and we loved the big walk in closet. Good security. We would stay here again.

Awesome home, very clean and quiet!

Neat, clean, very comfortable living conditions. The home has all of the admeneties of a fully functioning home, as I have at home. I really enjoyed my stay, will book again when the need arises.
